Adding GLOBAL ALERT and FONT AWESOME icons to MOODLE using the theme CSS

A great feature is being able to add a global set of icons to course content using Font Awesome and CSS. This works in all Moodle themes that have Font Awesome as part of the build.
This includes the Moodle 4.0 default Boost font.
