I might add we say this in hindsight, Chris Network Series was fire to me, its just it had NO Promo and the transition from the the street mixtapes to the internet was different. I heard he was ghostwriting for Puff and Wale used to bring him out on shows and shit. Maybe forming a group and doing freestyles again can reignite the momentum, esp for older artist.

When it comes to rhyme schemes and flows, not many emcees can touch Freeway. I always felt like he was one of the most underappreciated rappers who most people have still heard of. Philadelphia Freeway came out when my daughter was 2 years old and I played it so much in the whip she still knows the first half of the album by heart. 😆

A lot of people out here with High blood pressure/Hypertension and don’t know it…..spoke to my doctor and she said it’s called the silent killer for a reason because sometimes you don’t even feel the effects. Sometimes we just gotta be real and admit the foods we use to eat can’t be part of our life anymore

Try to remove salt and sugar as much as possible at least until your levels return (if you wanna season your food Dash is a good alternative)…Make sure to drink 64oz of water daily (or try to reach that as much as possible) Also make exercise,stretch,and most importantly Sleep a habit….my sleep schedule was horrible) Also I had to make sure not to get angry at certain things….if somebody cut you off in traffic just let it go bro 😂 (one last thing….look into Garlic pills which are good for blood pressure)

I love 3 things about this clip....1) Freeway's growth and balancing through all his pain and still trying to assist the people with knowledge and access to education first professions we desperately need in our community and sharing his personal issues to save the people. Barraackullah feek, 2) how Math and Mecca trying to be on their "charge you later, we got the footage" A&R and management tip, and 3) hearing that State Prop getting to it on their own and coming together for that show. I'm not even from the Philly part of Jersey (Camden areas) but I'm up for that!.

My thoughts on the Roc breakup is, the artists didn’t flourish like they were supposed to after the fall. I honestly believe had the artists rode with Dame, they would’ve been more impactful putting out music. Jay Z is an artist himself so he can’t push the envelope for other artists like they probably needed him too.
