Idk if it couldn't be included, but there also was a white NBA basketball you could get by voting for the team that made it to 1st place in the brackets along with a NBA headband and wristbands that you'd also get with a team that ended in 2nd place. You could also get a basketball cap and shirt if you bought the shirt of the team that made it to 1st place or only the basketball cap if they ended up in 2nd. There also was a trickshot challenge which could have made you win all the team basketball shirts along with the white basketball, headband and wristband.
i completely agree, who ever made that theme tune for the holiday invasion event did a great job. i remember replaying the announcement video for that event the day it released cause i really liked the song

I was so confused when I received the visor upon going to the room, as it was less than a month after I had joined so I had no idea about obtaining free items from events. The visor even remains a staple of my outfit to this day!
I miss doing the science invasion. I still have some of the stuff on my other accounts from the time of those events and I still want to do the science invasion event even though Rec room has stopped doing it. I miss doing it a lot. I wish Rec room can just bring it back and organize it in a good way.

I do appreciate rec room having inclusivity. I kinda resonate with the hearing aid one cause one of my friends is actually deaf, they have been teaching me sign language and I always feel the need to include them and never exclude them. I’m kinda in the same vein being neurodivergent. Depending on the community you dabble in, rec room can be a really accepting place :]

The Isle Amulet was actually was released somewhere between 2022 and 2023, I'm pretty sure it was rather celebrating Isle coming to the quest 2, or it came along with the new Pirate clothing it released at the same time

2:58 I spent so many hours grinding the Power cores that I had to listen to this Theme for hours on end, No regrets. Totally worth it.
