"Y'all can't force me to be somewhere I don't want to be" she's going to have her mind blown when she learns how prison works.
🤣🤣
That is exactly what she screamed in the courtroom … where she clearly did not want to be. 😂😂
Absolutely and I hope she get a nice reality check apon check in to gen pop
This reminds me of what one lawyer said in response to the delusional comment, "You can't make me . . . ." Just remember the state has all the manpower, the tazers, etc. to make someone comply.
These morons do not want any limits on their behaviors. That is what the soverine citizen movement is about.
The judge just proved he had jurisdiction over this woman, job done.
if she doesn't think court has jurisdiction why is she not STILL running? And if she is in custody, how can she believe the court DOESN'T have jurisdiction? Shout all you like bitch, you are IN the court system now.

This is exactly how you handle court cases with Sovereign citizens. Proceed as though their childish outbursts aren’t even happening.
Agreed! Can’t watch the court or police videos where they try and listen and reason with them, there’s absolutely nothing anyone can say, they refuse to listen
Isn't there some way they can gag her?
Really
they need to put a sock in it.
I'm late for this video but I agree 💯
Love the judge just carrying on and ignoring her antics. 👍
I wonder if after 5 years in prison she’ll still believe the court lacks jurisdiction.
Bigger question is to how many converts she'll get in 5 years
It's ideological. She could wise up, or she could just double down and convince herself that it is all proof of the 'corruption in the system.'
She will probably come out ad go straight for a gun.
@@johntrevy1 Sadly likely true :(
She will challenge the jail athority and it will be more like 10 years
Do they really think the Judge is gonna stop and say “holy shit, you know you’re right. I don’t have jurisdiction. Why didn’t anyone tell me?!? You’re free to go!” Like they think that’s gonna happen?
I think they're less interested in actual results than they are in making noise. There's something that never developed in their head.
No they don't, they're getting off on the confrontation. It's a fetish.
Sovereign Citizens do not have the mental capacity to understand sarcasm
Dave and Fred - you're both right. They love to make noise. And many of them relish confrontation, like this cockwomble. But they really do believe their bullshit word magic is legitimate.
@@fred_derf they love the attention - they think they have a point LOL
I love how the judge and attorney talk back and forth like she does not exist. Good one Mr. Squishy. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
thanks MM!
I love that too....Im guessing they are Dads and are used to talking to the Moms while the kids are whining about going to bed or eating their dinner... oops security have popped her in the highchair, guess they have toddlers too. At 12:00 she starts calling out to the neighbours/representatives/people from the ranch and a deputy moves to block her view of them...she quietens down just like covering up a parrot cage.
@@vonny10096I agree! I’m sure they have handled many people like this as well, on top of the parenting! Lol
Not to distract from your comment, but the attorney looks like he hasn't missed a full meal for a long time. I may be overweight but even at my heaviest (where it was hard to move or even find fitting clothes), I was nowhere near his size.
This is exactly what should happen from a psychological perspective. When you have someone who doesn't recognize the authority that's in front of them, either through their own choices/beliefs (like this defendant) or through mental illness (sociopathy / psychopathy) the proper course of action is to not engage them at all -- they should be relegated to an observer where important people decide their fate without their input, permission, or desires being considered. This minimizes and marginalizes their importance and begins to force them to accept that they are not in control. Judges, prosecutors, witnesses, and victims should speak about the defendant completely in the 3rd person, as if they are not there, and should not even mention their presence or importance. If you notice, this defendant became less and less talkative and much more silent as the proceeding went on, as it slowly dawned on her that she was no longer in control. This is how you defeat people who do not recognize authority -- you impose it on them with unstoppable will.
Her presence in any room will drop everyone inside the room’s IQ points by 5 with every hour exposed to her.
Imbecilium
She had the right to shut up but she didn't have the ability.
Yeah, but they’ll FEEL a lot smarter. Lol
"I refuse to recognize this court!" She is going to recognize his authority when she is booked into prison. Those Sovereign Citizens are completely nuts.
The Nazis at the Nuremberg trials said basically the same thing.
Why do they think they have to recognize jurisdiction has to be taken to jail? But try to Sue the state? Wouldn’t that be recognizing the courts?
She's whining that the Judge is "Taking my life away from me!"
That's funny, since she has no problem taking things from others, considering that at least 3 of her counts are for burglary.
I just loved the way the judge ignored the gas bag like she didn't exist.
Jurisdiction was proved the instant the cell door was slammed shut.
Her yelling and him ignoring her r priceless 😅😅
Yep, doesn't stop them though. I mean, jurisdiction was proven as soon as she was picked up by the cops. They just don't seem to understand that. 🤣
Ohhhh, I love your term…GASBAG! I will use it in future posts, since I comment constantly…WITH intelligence, naturally!
Karen: "Why aren't you saying something about this?!!"
Judge: "You are defending yourself. He can't answer for you"

Was she referring to the prosecutor? Or did she have a stand-by public defender who was sitting in the audience?
@@gatsby66 As far as I could tell from context, the latter. Once she saw it was going south, *then* she figured a lawyer might be a good idea 😂
I don't think you're using the term Karen correctly, what about this loud mouth black woman makes her a Karen?

It's not often at all that I would compliment a judge, but this guy deserves props for being SO calm and actually honorable!!! Very rare!!!
There are actually a lot of extraordinary judges in the country.
I would guess he's got alot of experience with these kind of delusional loudmouths.
Not rare at all. And yes this judge did an excellent job in staying cool and focused to the task at hand.
Wow. You should watch more of these channels. Judges Boyd, Stevens, Middleton, Oakley, Perkins . . . I could go on, all increased my hope for this country.
Who cares
I think they should have added contempt to her charges.
She certainly holds contempt for democracy.
I doubt the county wants her in their system for a contempt sentence. They just want her moved to the State prison system, and off the county dime.
Charge her with contempt and set the sentence to start one day after her criminal sentence ends. That way, she gets one day of freedom before going back in.
Me too
These type are shooting for contempt so they can stay in a more comfy jail cell, and so the city has to pay.
It's always gratifying to see obnoxious criminals get what they've got coming. Thanks for the video, OSG!

I cannot believe these people BELIEVE they are going to get away with everything !
It's almost a cult.
Every sovereign citizen I have ever dealt with are always armed and tend to run. I hate dealing with them because they pose such a danger to officers and other citizens. It is great people get to see a little bit on what officers and courts have to deal with. Imagine her out in the free world when an officer or innocent bystander comes in contact with her. They also never want attorneys, they usually think they are smarter than the judges.
Yes. They need more court cases aired publically so that they can see what’s coming.
I love how they still conducted this hearing in a professional manner despite all her yelling lol
She’ll probably be telling the other people serving time, “I’m not convicted. They have no jurisdiction over me. I’m not really here”
lmao
There is no mental illness in this case. She’s a thief and doesn’t want to pay for the crime.
It's not mental illness, mentally she has joined a cult and is operating in cult mentality, untethered from the world around her. There are no reasoning skills whatsoever. Her mind is shorted out and stuck on repeat. If she wants counseling she can get it, if not, she can sit and rot.
Exactly. It is surprising how many people don't understand that. There are no "beliefs", no mental issues, no stupidity here. This is all just about criminals finding any way they can to impede, harass and blackmail law enforcement officers and system.
i know her actions are repugnant but u literally can't diagnose from here
All sovereign citizens must have some mental issues for their behavior. Normal people never behave that way. If you notice most of them don't work and have lost their drivers license and who knows what else by breaking the laws. All of them are easy sheep to brain wash with all the anti government crap and their common law bible. If you notice most of them always have a camera going to cause as much trouble as they can and get took to jail only to be released and then run and post their video on RUclips for views and to bum their viewers out of money.

She tried to read a law book, got stuck on subject matter jurisdiction and the rest of the book got shredded 😂😂😂
Should have got a contempt charge to run consecutive so as to deter her from this behaviour in the future. Great case as always. Thanks OSG.
Added time for contempt of court.
It would not help she'd still be saying " The court lacks jurisdiction over subject matter " 😂😂
You think any of that deterred her? Did you hear the laundry list of charges she already has?
She is incapable of learning because she is so entitled that she thinks nothing applies to her if she doesn't want it to. Even when it's demonstrated to her, over and over, that it does.
IF people were rational about issues where pride is involved it would be a deterrent.
Short version is that human beings refuse to assess things is clear manner when emotional. If judges said "30 more days for contempt you want any more?" I can guarantee there would be an alarmingly large number of people suddenly suddenly getting 30 year sentences because they were mad and in their mind "refused to bow down"
Effective judges know to say "go to jail for a few days, come back and then I will listen to whatever else you want to say to me". They have time to calm down, realize their mistake, and THEN spend all that extra time in a cell asking themselves "was it worth it?"
But even after time in jail sometimes people STILL double down... Even ones who are not mentally ill just petulant douchebags.
I just love how the judge keeps reading why she's going to prison😂😂
The judge apologizing to the attourney for interrupting while that harpee is sounding off at the same time is epic.

Why does the judge put up with this behavior?! Disgusting. Tape her mouth!
Just trying to get through the sentence and be finished. Makes perfect sense actually.
He can’t unless she spits or abuses the victims. Freedom of speech. But the main reason is that too many judges have did that and the defendants have gotten new trials on appeal. So he keep his composure and just went about his job not giving her any leeway on appeal.
Because she's still a human being perhaps? I bet you act like even a bigger f**k face if your video game loads slow or your McDonald's fries aren't salty enough.

Thanks for giving a final figure, I tried to work it out as the judge read out his sentence.
10 years will easily turn into 12-15 given her behavior.
I don't understand the reason for ANY sentences to run simultaneously. Having 2 or more sentences run simultaneously is to negate the penalty.
IANAL but I think it is 18 U.S.C 3584. The idea is that for example if a defendant was charged with attempted murder as well as murder and is found guilty of both, the sentences must run concurrent because it is one and the same action that led to both charges.
@@janwieck400 Jan....thank you!
@@MrErr86 if they appeal and get one dropped there’s still the other charge
Concurrently . . . I believe the word you're looking for is concurrent lol
@@MrErr86 As said, IANAL but I can envision how in our murky legal system it isn't redundant. Imagine someone chasing someone else with a knife. When they reach a busy road he stops but the victim continues to run across the street and gets hit by a bus. Dead.
It is for the jury do decide if that is assault, attempted murder and/or still murder. So all those charges need to be on the list.
The judge had to work real hard to stop himself from laughing while reading off her charges. He is obviously enjoying this.
The judge was so back and forth reading the sentence I couldn’t follow how many years she will actually serve. 🤣
More judges need to order defendants be gagged when they continually disrupt the proceedings.
Gawd YES.
One of those gags that cover the whole mouth with an Air Tube in the center of it.
They cannot speak at all with one of those.
I remember seeing of of those on an early episode of the TV show 'The Americans'.
When the Russian Spy Couple had the other Russian Spy locked in their trunk of their car when it was parked in the garage.
You can definitely breath with one of those type gags but cannot speak at all.
Make some noise yes, but NO talking.
Agreed! And being in possession of an offensive mouth should also be an offense!
The main problem with that here is that she is representing herself. If she is gagged, then it removes her ability to advocate/defend herself, which is an important right. Obviously, she should not be behaving like this, and it is utterly ridiculous. It would be entirely her fault if that happened, and she is not helping herself with the ability to talk. Was the same issue with the Brooks case. I think they would have had to appoint counsel first.
@@MissDirectthere needs to be a level of standard to defending yourself.
Judges frequently warn that they will be held to the same standards as a lawyer but rarely enforce it
@Sinjin and you could argue that the judges need to be given more ability to force defendants to be represented by counsel if they are not able to do so adequately or behave in court. But you can't just take away someone's right to any defence because they are a dipshit or are suffering from a mental illness. I think that the judge here needed to have her gagged, but she would have had to be represented to do that ethically.
The chances are are that she will NOT be having her time reduced for good behavior..
In fact there is good chance if she acts that way in prison they will in fact add time to her sentence. When I worked for the T D C J in the early 1990's there was a convict that got sentence to 5 years for burglary and when I met him he had 75 years to go because hekept getting into trouble in prison. Now he was an extreme case but with that attitude she could easily get a few years added if she's not careful.

@UpnorthHere Well, you can't fix stupid🤪
Her time won't ever get reduced, however being that she is already a repeat offender, being in prison won't stop her from continuing to offend. This was fascinating. The real world is so much more complicated than a TV show or movie. I myself would like to see every state impose a three or four strikes law regarding felonies. There’s a point at which someone with no remorse determined to “do their thing” must be stopped. A mistake or youthful lapse in judgment is different. Career criminal? Lock’em up.
Are you also willing to spend the money and time to make incarnation actually corrective instead of extremely destructive to inmates.
Let’s start with the simple stuff. Work in prisons paid at a couple dollars an hour instead a few cents so that inmates can exit prison with enough money to establish themselves?
Phone and email to a screened list of family and friends at cost rather than at 900% profit to the company who got the contract to provide them?
Access to a conjugal apartment every 3 months to spend s weekend with spouse and kids to give a reason to live for and keep families together?
one major takeaway from all the videos I’ve done and watched, our jails are woefully lacking facilities…unable to properly handle the number of folks that blow thru them…

One thing that would definitely help the congestion in jails & prisons is opening up mental hospitals again.
@@JodyOwen-we6oonoticed you failed to mention anything for the victims? What’s done for them to restructure their shattered lives?
She will be an issue with officers in jail everyday.😬
That's why they invented pepper balls.
Pew-pew-pew! 🤣🤣🤣

It won’t take long for her to comform to the prison system. They’ll fix her lol
Perryville.wont play her game.
She went awfully quiet during sentencing 😂
Rumor is, she’s still hollering non stop behind bars 😂
Put a damn space helmet on her, with the face mask down, so she's screaming at herself!
Too bad ball gags aren't considered legal restraint during a court hearing.
She knows EXACTLY what she's saying and doing. It's how she's been able to disrupt a courtroom to her satisfaction.🙄
Ball gags. Hahahaha. Yes!
Ball gags are legal in the court of love!
The restraint chair was a great idea, but should've also had some duct tape on hand for her mouth!
