hey Derek, wishing you a speedy recovery, you are one of the hardest workers I know, and always look up to you. Sad to hear your doing unwell. Hope to see some AI work soon when you get back.
Hey Derek, just finished watching the entire video and I wanted to let you know that I found it very useful to get my feet wet with Tensorflow and Keras (this is the first resource I am referring to for the same). Thanks!
Your tutorials are awesome.... Please make a learn in one video tutorial on "complete tutorial of WebAssembly in C /C++ for Web development ". There's not much legit content available on this topic on RUclips! I am really enthusiastic about using WebAssembly in C!
Hey i have been using your channel to learn a lot of stuff...I just want to say thanks. Also, I want to request tutorials in some visualization tools like power bi or Tableau. Thanks again.
Thank you for your awesome tutorials; big time fan here of all your content especially cooking recipes. I am hoping if you can take into consideration on making a video on 1. Pandas Data cleaning; Reason being, according to data analysts and individuals who work w/ data the common statement or phrase I hear in the industry is that "80% of their time is spent on data cleaning. Any chance if you can make a framework or some sort of video on how you would go about a majority of the time analyzing the data and cleaning it, what libraries you would use to analyze and know the "HOW" on data cleaning and your thought process behind dropping certain columns or outliers or keeping certain outliers due to a potential pattern or insight. Another video suggestion, 2. Drawing Insights from Data; I think using tensor flow & keras is fantastic in seeking insights from the data; I was hoping if you can do a video on how you would go about drawing these valuable insights, some common insights you seek, and how you would organize the insights and "story tell." Thank you very much for your time and amazing contribution to education and open source knowledge.

Man RUclips's algorithm is not giving you justice. I've been a subscriber to your channel from a long time ago and your new videos are not showing. I had to search for your channel to know that you're still posting videos. You have more than 1M subscribers and your last videos have barely 10k views. Keep up the good work and maybe you'll have to make something about that.
Thanks for the nice message :) Yes sadly RUclips doesn't seem to care about education channels like mine anymore. The Khan academy basically stopped making videos and nearly every small education channel has left RUclips. It was a great run and I'm extremely grateful for being able to help in any small way. I won't be deleting any of my videos and I won't move them to pay sites. I may make videos now and then in the future, but for now I'm pausing content creation.
@@derekbanas I'm sure we both know that while everyone loves to blame RUclips, the truth is that they make their money by giving viewers what they want. And sadly, virtually every viewer on the planet is interested only in mindless entertainment. Nobody will admit it, but the statistics clearly show people watch music videos and video games and prank videos. Viewers can click on any video they want, for free, but clearly they choose cute cat videos 100% of the time over educational stuff. And over and over I've seen educational channels who get only 1% of subscribers actually watching new videos. I've built about 12k subs over the last 7 years of producing over 320 science and engineering and software videos, and I'm lucky if a video gets 100 views. And in return I get zero income. And most viewers only are interested in copying and pasting my code, not actually learning. The only successful "tech" channels have nothing to do with tech, but are all about selling sponsored hardware for playing video games. I've been an Electrical Engineer for over 45 years, and it's sad to see what we've become. Pressing buttons on a smartphone is what passes for technology, and now AI is going to make us exponentially dumber. Came across your channel and love what you do , I had a request too ,since i couldn't find it anywhere else , could you make a tutorial on recommendation systems with pytorch

Dear Mr Derek , I'm very eager to learn Machine Learning lessons , but there is a lot of English that i don't understand because there are no subtitles , can you add subtitles if convenient ? thank you for your teaching
This is starting out new and tough, and I suspect will become even harder, and time consuming, as the tutorial goes on. I've been actively using C#, making a game in Unity, and need to review Python. Which of your tutorials would be most relevant, to review, before I undertake this Tutorial? I will most likely start this tutorial, sometime in June, and hope you continue on this topic, to the end.
@@derekbanas Thanks, I thought it would be one of your 'all in ones'', and I never participated in the Data Science Python, tutorial. Looks like I will be busy for a while playing catch-up, and start tutorial late, also. I will be months behind, instead of years, as I was prior to when I first stumbled onto your, as well as some others, enlightening tutorials, a few years ago.
I once processed the data from the game to check where the enemy is planning to attack... And I was shocked that it is so easy to predict the future...
Probability based on a ton of data is normally quite accurate. Don’t be fooled though. Blindly trying to use ML to make stock predictions without a lot of financial knowledge doesn’t work yet
Hi derek! great video as always. I have a request if possible, do you think you could cover UI/UX design in a video? Or is this not really your domain? Thanks!
I think it is hard to make statements like that for me because life, at least for me, happened to me. I made many plans that failed and then lucked out on long shots that paid off big. I think all you can do is improve those things you can control. Every day I try to gain more knowledge, exercise and as my great grandmother told me it is important to do one good deed every day to make at least one other person have a happier day.
Once you know how programming languages work its actually not as hard as you think to give an intro to a bunch of stuff. Get a job as a software engineer for about 10 years you'd be able to do it too
I think it is best to jump in with something like TensorFlow or PyTorch like I show here. That will get you excited and then as you understand how ML works that will send you down a track of learning the math required naturally. Starting off with the math will just cause massive confusion which will lead most people to give up. The math is linear algebra and calculus 1 for the most part.
Long story short, I developed an autoimmune disease that made it difficult to keep the workload of having a job and making RUclips videos. I decided to not make a big deal about it and instead just stopped making videos. Please value your health because you could lose it!

Go for GenAI content buddy. You are the best person for this i wonder why you have not done that yet. Also i know that as an ethical person you are not someone who chases trends for short term gains. WHat do you think the nature of jobs are going to be in a few years?
Yes I tend to avoid trendy topics. I hope things don't change that much. I used to always want, up until recently, for technology to thrive. I'd guess that those jobs that will still exist will be those in which people must work with others. Public school teachers, physical therapy and such. I think creativity will be valued as well. The AI still basically just copies everything we have already done. I guess I hope the future revolves around helping everyone find their special talent and then helping them to develop that talent rather than teaching everyone the same skills. In that world people wouldn't learn a skill and then give up on learning anything new after they pass their 20s. I actually believe the world will be a much better place in the future, but every country is going to require much better leadership.
I don't recommend it for anyone. I seem to have a genetic reason for why I only need 4 hours of sleep per day. It isn't a situation in which I force myself to get up. I go to bed at 1AM and naturally wake up at 5AM. I don't even use an alarm clock. Here is more information if you are interested en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Familial_natural_short_sleep
