With Fang Leone, and Diablo Nemesis, it was because of the performance tip diameter. The performance tips fit between the spinning disk, and the ridge of the stadium, being spun by the disk. The tips, XF and R2F, probably have the same diameter which is why they spin at the same speed. But that's just a theory, a BEYBLADE theory. P.S. I really like this stadium
