Mangat Saab, there is no Visa officer at the Airport.At the Airport it is only the immigration persons who check the issued visa. If the visa is genuine and the concerned passenger has no adverse remark against him/her ,the immigration can not stop the passenger.

I have applied in 2004 and I was denied visa being govt employee of India and my wife to was denied as she first visited her brothers residing in Canada having good jobs , and I was denied twice , I ultimately got tourist visa on sponsorship of my student son and now I am permanent resident of Canada.
