I like Matt and he does strike me as genuine but I watch for entertainment only. You never know how someone really is in there personal life unless you are around them. I was a field service technician for a company that made vaults very similar for pump stations. I did this For 21 years. I retired in 2010 from this company. They had been building these steel capsuls since the early 60's. I have worked in more of these things that had been in the ground for at least 40 years and was in incrediable condition. Still very serviceable, not leaking. The main reason most of these vaults/ pump, control valve stations have been replaced is because of capacity in serving the systems they were originaly designed to serve. Not because of the failure of the integrety of the capsul. This vault/ capsul will still be servicable long after demoranch is old and retired. I didn't recieve a dime for this free information that can be proven. Just not worth my time to do so. There are lots of water districts all over the US that have these types of pump stations steel vaults in service.
The one he has has been proven to leak do to shoddy construction by a shoddy man, that's a fact that can be proven that Matt knew nothing about until after he purchased the item, Matt is an upstanding guy ☺️

He’s rebuilding not one, but two Corvettes. So many other examples come to mind but the point is that the dude is smart, thinks through everything he does and is clearly successful. He and Mere were successful before RUclips or Bunker Branding. Hard work, knowledge, and confidence in his & Mere’s abilities are what make them both successful. With that said....I am a 50 year old woman who enjoys watching the progress on the mansion along with the other projects and see no reason as to why people get so crazy when someone makes choices in their personal life that does not effect anybody else. There are reasons Matt has been so successful, chief amongst them being that he is a very intelligent man (Yes, Mere is right up there too). Im surprised that so many peeps think the playful fun Matt is the totality of his existence. They forget he holds a Doctorate, he has built at least 3 successful businesses that run all at the SAME time, and he produces multiple videos every week for multiple channels whilst doing all the normal family stuff that takes up the most of the rest of us's time. Clearly people are just concerned for Matt and his family's well-being. I was a field service technician for a company that made vaults very similar for pump stations. I did this For 21 years. I retired in 2010 from this company. They had been building these steel capsuls since the early 60's. I have worked in more of these things that had been in the ground for at least 40 years and was in incrediable condition. Still very serviceable, not leaking. The main reason most of these vaults/ pump, control valve stations have been replaced is because of capacity in serving the systems they were originaly designed to serve. Not because of the failure of the integrety of the capsul. This vault/ capsul will still be servicable long after demoranch is old and retired. I didn't recieve a dime for this free information that can be proven. Just not worth my time to do so. There are lots of water districts all over the US that have these types of pump stations steel vaults in service.
The one he has has been proven to leak do to shoddy construction by a shoddy man, that's a fact that can be proven that Matt knew nothing about until after he purchased the item, Matt is an upstanding guy ☺️

Most don't know but its not that easy to have one. With state laws and the DNR. That is something you have to research. Also if you want one go out and start digging a hole and make one yourself. Because the law does require permits and planning. And its not going to be secure when everyone knows about it.

You can tell how genuinely bothered he is by the fact that a small, albeit very vocal minority in the comments questioned his character because of this. The only part of his character I’m beginning to question is his sanity. Between running the vet,demo, and off the ranch channels AND running a veterinarian clinic, this crazy man starts like 5 renovation projects almost simultaneously, like wtf are you doing Matt? He also rats out people to the federal government as probably some agreement to keep them from looking into his illegal activity. We have to protect ourselves against the government with what they are doing to disarm us and believe that they are trying to disarm us. The ATF is currently going after the pistol braces again and they have zero right to make laws and charge people but the government is allowing them to do just that and if you speak out against them you are labeled as an extremest or domestic terroist!!! Keep believing that the government isn't out to get you at all cost. At some point we will need to do something to protect ourselves.

If you want people to stop caring about things that don't affect them then you're essentially asking people to stop being considerate which is what i feel like most people were doing. Now for those that were being particularly nasty about it I agree it's unnecessary but from what I saw most people were legitimately concerned for Matt which is a sign of a very caring fan base imo.
