No I dnt think so.iam from Free state and we have a lot of farms there ND ppl tht stay in the farms as workers most don't go to town to get documents for their kids.nd when they die kids suffer. Coz even buying food the white farm owners transport them in trucks to town to buy food ND they are given limited time to buy ND get back otherwise the truck will leave them behind.

This applicant has got birth certificate , the problem at home affairs is that she doesn't appear under her mothet while her mother died without an identity document. In this modern age of DNA tests. Cannot you have the undocumented take DNA tests which in most cases would prove their historical presence as people of that region? This would not work for all but it would take care of 95% of this problem
