Soy de España- Málaga, en mi opinión(por qué lo pides a cada uno),creo que el mejor resultado sería poner cuajada,no gelatina para preparar cualquier tipo de queso.Yo hago queso de muchos años en casa,mis Tías en el pueblo ,antes echavan cada día, por qué tenían vaca,cabras,ovejas .Nunca he probado queso de burra,o de machiuna ,pero me ha dicho mi vecina que me va a dar para probar....De todo modo gracias por enseñar y otro método.
