Thanks for this precious sharing and insight, Jesus loves us so very much and no matter what unexpected and scary trials He may allow in our lives, He is sovereign and is still in control and He has a perfect plan for our lives.
Thanks so much for this in-depth explanation of this episode in the book of Mark. It is so true that we need to remember who we are and Who Jesus is, we are weak but the Lord is strong, and most of all, Jesus cares so much for us! Thanks for your sharing about what you and your wife had gone through in the most helpless moment in a hospital in HK, the Lord's plan may include very unexpected and severe trials, but we are reminded by this episode of Jesus calming the wind and the sea that He also has a perfect plan in mind, praise His Name on high!
💗ln my opinion/estimation, l think JESUS might worry about His disciples' faith & trust, rather than their lives. 🤔 Moreover, indeed, l had once also thinked that JESUS might not have fallen asleep on the boat really, so as to test those disciples' confidence towards HIM ! ?

经过了一切，大家应该停下脚步，想想自己的生命。什么是重要，什么是次要。
主耶稣说:"一个人就是赚得了全世界，却赔上了自己的生命，到底有什么益处呢？人还能拿什么来换回自己的生命呢？"
如果大家的生命没有向上改变，或变得更漠不关心。那这一切都白受了啊!拿出真诚的爱来爱彼此吧！不管是在国内或是国外的中华儿女都要站起来。有许多人流着泪为你们祷告。这土地的苦主都晓得，他有怜悯，有慈爱 。压伤的芦苇祂不折断，将残的灯火祂不吹灭。我们一宿虽然有哭泣，早晨便必欢呼。因为他的怒气不过是转眼之间，他的恩典乃是一生之久。
