Stockport fan here. I was at both games against you and think that you play some neat football but it all breaks down in the final third when it was pretty easy for us to defend . Your keeper was excellent in the first half and kept you in it - we merely took our foot off the gas in the second half. Hopefully we can do you a favour on Tuesday when Shrewsbury visit
Looking at it with some reality he is a football manager and has to balance his responses in such interviews. All mangers jobs are in the balance so it’s no wonder these are the answers you get, gentle criticism tinged with a glimmer of hope. We also do not know what’s being said behind the scenes. Well tell the owners to get players in to help you. And not sell players that want to be there!!
