Classic. I remember Blake seeing through Sophie's conniving ways and not believing she lost the money for a second. He aint taking shit from nobody. When a previous cast of characters move on, the show had to deliver with new characters to draw towards, get on yer side from the get go. I loved the Stevo, Viv, Emma timeline at the time, but the show got even more popular from this point onwards.
Karen and Blake were a bit before my time but I think seeing these clips, I find Karen to be a bit cute and sort of naive as she was often easily led. I feel for her. Obviously, she got in way over her head and ended up as an example of one of lifes losers as presented by that bitchy principal after the accident. Again, my opinion is only based on these clips here on youtube.
Watched scenes with Blake and Meg but never Karen. H and a was really good for 25 years but not really anymore. Sophie was a tearaway. She ripped off the poor lady. It's funny the bay doesn't change but everyone comes and goes except Alf and Marilyn. And Irene and Leah
