I was smoking near two years and I wasn’t really happy about it but I didn’t do anything to quit it, but thanks to you now it’s a month that I haven’t smoked. It was so freaking hard quitting it,even now , some days I want badly to smoke again, whenever I see someone in street smoking I wish I could smoke too but I’m fighting so hard because I don’t want to hurt my body anymore and I want to live a happy healthy long life . I wish I succeed in this journey 😊

How i wish my family knew you, most of my family smokes and the only exceptions are those that don’t even know what is smoking (younger cousins, grandparents, ect). I hope that no one has to go through a 80% of the time smoky house that smells like nicotine. I am so proud of you for stopping that habit!❤

My dad used to smoke (he used to be a heavy smoker tbh), but he quit it, like around 10 years back. I actually dislike people who think like "I should not smoke because I am a girl", or "what will my parents think?", etc. I don't smoke because I know that it is harmful, for both me and the environment. So the ones who quit, understand that it is bad Anyways I am really proud of you❤❤

I was so lucky that I couldn't get used to smoking and didn't start it back then. And after 11 years of drinking alcohol, I quit it. Without drinking my brain works so much faster and lighter. It feels great.

ur chest feels lighter because you’ve been taking in incomplete air, which is basically carbon monoxide, and you’ve quit now (which is a good thing OBVI CGGG!!) so your lungs are recovering better from all of the actual good air you’re getting.
