I do wonder how many of the artists are still around for Yandere Simulator, even if they created the artwork long ago and have no doubt improved, they would love to see this.
Nobody gonna talk about how Ayano is the last one killed??? I've always theorized Info-Chan could be after Taro as well. And in the tutorial cutscene, if you look closely, you can see what appears to be Info-Chan peeking from the wall at the end of the hallway.
I also think Info-Chan is the one killing Ayano, but not to get Senpai, but for revenge for what her Mother did to her father all those years ago with that trial. She got Ayano to eliminate all those girls just to see how much of a monster she is, and decided there was absolutely no redemption nor remorse for her so killing her without a care in the world would be easy.

I like how these eliminations kinda look like they are meant to be the cannon ways the rivals would get eliminated: 0:01 gets poisoned when she makes a homemade meal for senpai 0:04 she is very sweet and I'd assume she has a very high reputation, so maybe she gets falsely accused, so everyone turns against her and she commits suicide 0:07 Kizana probably was probably told (aka tricked) by ayano that her makeup is messed up, technically luring her to go look in a bathroom mirror and turn on the exposed light switch 0:11 Yandere probably convinces her to give herself up to the devil and assists her by voluntarily killing her, chopping her up into pieces and doing the ritual 0:14 she probably is training for her an upcoming swimming competition and yandere goes to drown her (or at least make it seem like she did on accident) 0:18 She got a major injury to the head...we need a nurse to help treat it! How ironic. (hope that made sense) 0:21 this one's obvious, catching. a. predator. Giving her what people like her deserve. 0:25 since she's a delinquent, there's pretty much no doubt she'd use matches, don't play with fire kids. 0:28 this could happen to anyone but pretty much there's nothing worse than being hated by everyone in school. 0:31 this one is kinda tricky...many possibilities. She probably failed her job and everyone thought she was deranged or something so she killed herself...or maybe it had something to do with her parents? Disgraced her family? 0:35 this one could also have more different meanings, could be betrayal/heartbreak if senpai didn't end up with her, or maybe it's that rival person from that mission mode who kills you..maybe there's another Killer in the school that also has feelings for senpai and she knows you have a crush on him so she goes to work with you..? She is the best and most popular influencer of Akademi, her family has the most powerful business Corp, her family trained her like a robot to be the best since she was a child (Says the wiki: Her childhood years were cold, sterile, and clinical). Her brother doesnt help, is the only person who can make Megami lose her temper, too. (Picked from Wiki again) By that, Ayano Aishi is almost a 100% emotionless person, who pretends to be what other people like. With this similarity in both Megami and Ayano, maybe, Just maybe, Ayano would understand her, but not using this in a "friendly" way. Knowing well her own weaknesses about trying to be like everyone else, and trying to be what people likes, she does that to make her father happy and to Senpai believe she is a good person. Knowing that, maybe Megami has pretty similar weaknesses like this. Imagine, making such a popular figure to school, to the Corp, to the Family, fall into nothing but disapproval. With the help of the student council, and maybe her brother, creating cruel rumors about her, or even expose dark and true secrets. Making the girl who only goal in life was to be the best in every single way, failling like that to everyone... Well, she would be eliminated without you even use your bare hands on her. I have this idea that maybe, just maybe, many of the rivals from 202X mode are corresponding to the rivals from 1980 mode. Kaguya and Osana - rejection Moeko and Amai - burned Honami and Kizana - crushing Sumiko and Oka - poison Ritsuko and Asu - drowning Ai and Muja - electrocution Teiko and Mida - expelled Chigusa and Hanako - matchmade Sonoko and Megami - befriend The one who’s left is Osoro since in 1980 Komako is bullied and Osoro is too feared to spread rumors, but as for some of the rivals it would be ironic if the rivals from the present correspond their elimination methods to the ones from Ryoba's timeline.

In the letter's Ryoba leaves for Ayano, they drop hints for the canon elimination for these two. Osana, rejection. Amai, burning. Wait. These match the first two canon elims in 1980s mode. And then, each elimination method makes sense if we correspond the canon elimination for the rival of 1980s mode with the rival in 202x mode. Asu and Ritsuko, the fifth rivals. I’m quite late but my theory is that info was the one that killed ayano, because if ayano would have committed suicide (probably because of senpai) then we would have probably saw the handle of the knife but instead we saw the blade, which would indicate that she was probably stabbed from behind. And also we could see visible shock on her face because she probably wasn’t expecting something like this to happen. And the reason why I think info did it was because I think that she is related to the journalist that was in the 1980s mode(maybe his daughter), and in the character descriptions it stayed that ryoba (ayano’s mum) was sent to court and manipulated the judges into thinking that the journalist accused her of murder, so maybe info was trying to get revenge, so she helped ayano in killing the 10 rivals to gain her trust only to end up killing her. But that’s just what I think. Also this video is amazing!
I feel like the player shouldn’t be able to drown Asu since she’s in the sports club and was probably trained on what to do in emergencies but there would be a special way to do it through the rest of the sports club (Idk how but it just sounded like a cool idea)

First is that they cook meaning a gasleak can make it look like an accident and probally shoku dies to cause i want to see the shoku x Amai ship in heaven/hell) Kizana: Crushed by bag thingy things whatever those are called (We all know that bag things that we can cut to kill tokoku so maybe we can crush Kizana with it while making it look like an accident) Oka: Attacked by night (Oka is scared and she travels with lots of people meaning if she was there at night we can attacked her. Cause night is where she can investegate ghost or monsters cause they appear mostly at night meaning we can sneak upon her and kill her) Asu: Drowned. (We could put her food sleeping pills so she can sleep but still have energy to go to the pool but not inside the water just yet. Then once no one is looking, drag her body and then watch her drown) Muja: Choked/poisoned(Muja is a nurse meaning probally we should think of something that a nurse would do. Eating healthy is a one of them as she isn't looking we could poison her food) Mida: Fired (She's a teacher and she is a groomer. Maybe we can fired her and she may loose her job and money then go broke and she commits suicide) Osoro: Burned (Just like Moeko, we could burn her by making her cigarrettes have gasoline and then she burns while making it look like an accident) Hanako: Expelled (If we kill her, Senpai will commit suicide and we may get a terrible ending and snap mode may get senpai's dead corpse to Ayano's house while being in a stealth game mode) Megami: Matchmake (Akademi is a school for megami meaning if megami is dead then the school shuts down cause what's the point? She may be the most popular girl at school meaning matchmaking her could be our option cause Megami isn't gonna ask senpai but the other way around this is senpai is gonna ask Megami. And what's the most akward feeling of asking someone out? They have a person already)
Osana's is probably the rival-specific pool elimination since she specifically hints at that in one of her conversations with Taro. And Megami's presumably involves her death, since she knows the truth about the Aishi family and personally hates Ayano.
since only 1 of them is the canon elimination, i'd like to share my theory as to which one it is (TW: opinion) i personally think it's either oka ruto or asu rito, and here is why i think oka ruto is a possibility since maybe we have to sacrifice her to the demons or something like that? she's the occult club leader, so surely her "canon" elimination would have something to do with the occult club or just to do with the occult? of course it could just be something like bullying her into un-alive or kidnapping/framing her, but my theory is a possibility in my opinion asu rito's elimination method in this is drowning. similar to oka, her elimination would surely have to be something to do with the sports club. but i'm not 100% convinced that asu's one is the "canon" one since it could also be something like ruining a sports event (since her week will most likely have a sports day/theme), poisoning her food before she does running, etc. there are a few other possibilities for asu now her are why i DON'T think the other 8 have even a chance we know it's not osana since her "canon" elimination is putting her hair in the vent i don't think it's amai since she's not popular nor unpopular- she's just "normal". bullying her wouldn't really go with her being the cooking club leader - surely it would have to do with the cooking club? yan dev has said he imagined the rivals by thinking of elimination methods, so maybe her's is either senpai falling out of love with her or doing something to the food she's serving during class time or something? or making her fall into a depression or helping her with a problem? i don't think it's kizana since electrocution on a stage isn't a good idea in my opinion, since we don't know where she will be. i personally think we have to drop something on kizana i don't think it's the nurse since teachers cannot be killed using a blunt weapon (dumbbell, bat, etc) i don't think it's the teacher for a similar reason to the nurse: we can't kidnap teachers (well we can, but we can't without the help of bugs) i don't really have a reason for osoro tbh. it could be her, but i don't think it is. i personally think we have to befriend and/or matchmake her or do a big favour for her i don't think it's senpai's sister since bullying her into un-aliving would deal a huge amount to senpai's mental health i don't think it's megami since she gives me the vibe that she doesn't care about gossip and stuff like that. megami is supposed to be the hardest rival, gossip would be too easy. i personally think her "canon" elimination has something to do with her brother: like we help him or something

Yandere dev, i have a HUGE suggestion for the yandere simulator gameplay and the story of your game, it involves the clubs. The idea is instead of those club activities you can but cutscenes but you can play them for example a Wednesday there is a drama club perform and Ayano is in the drama club, you can put like a little game to act correctly at the show, Taro is inside the people that are watching that, if you perform good its gonna affect if senpai accepts your love, senpai really likes arts lets say, so when you confess your love he can say that he admired you or he thinks you are very talented but it depends on what club you're in like occult maybe he will be afraid of you and don't accept your feelings. Sorry if my English is not the best and remember this is just a concept but i would love if you put it in the demo or in the final game.
I believe there should be 2 endings Without cheats. A good ending and a Bad ending The good ending could be Ayano Surviving The bad Ending would be Her Being killed

The original plan for Info-Chan was for her to be the final Rival, but that idea was scrapped.

I have this idea that maybe, just maybe, many of the rivals from 202X mode are corresponding to the rivals from 1980 mode.
Kaguya and Osana - rejection
Moeko and Amai - burned
Honami and Kizana - crushing
Sumiko and Oka - poison
Ritsuko and Asu - drowning
Ai and Muja - electrocution
Teiko and Mida - expelled
Chigusa and Hanako - matchmade
Sonoko and Megami - befriend
The one who’s left is Osoro since in 1980 Komako is bullied and Osoro is too feared to spread rumors, but as for some of the rivals it would be ironic if the rivals from the present correspond their elimination methods to the ones from Ryoba's timeline.

@@FJSushi With Oka I can imagine that it may have to do with her investigation on the Basu sisters, poisoning her bento or while drinking things related to activities from the Occult Club but of course, all of these are ideas of mine.

I think in the end info chan with expose ayano since in the prototype she wants to get Juicy stories but said “she won’t tell the killer” which is super obvious because her dad is the journalist so maybe info chan is helping her dad and ayano will go to jail

So. 1980s mode. 10 rivals, huh? Amai. She's in the game now, right? In the letter's Ryoba leaves for Ayano, they drop hints for the canon elimination for these two. Osana, rejection. Amai, burning. Wait. These match the first two canon elims in 1980s mode. And then, each elimination method makes sense if we correspond the canon elimination for the rival of 1980s mode with the rival in 202x mode. Asu and Ritsuko, the fifth rivals. Ritsuko is drowned in 1980s mode, Asu is drowned in this video. Yan Dev said one elim in this vid was canon. I bet you 1 penny The canon elimination in the video was Asu's.

I’m quite late but my theory is that info was the one that killed ayano, because if ayano would have committed suicide (probably because of senpai) then we would have probably saw the handle of the knife but instead we saw the blade, which would indicate that she was probably stabbed from behind. And also we could see visible shock on her face because she probably wasn’t expecting something like this to happen. And the reason why I think info did it was because I think that she is related to the journalist that was in the 1980s mode(maybe his daughter), and in the character descriptions it stayed that ryoba (ayano’s mum) was sent to court and manipulated the judges into thinking that the journalist accused her of murder, so maybe info was trying to get revenge, so she helped ayano in killing the 10 rivals to gain her trust only to end up killing her.
But that’s just what I think. Also this video is amazing!

Theory: Info Chan is The journalists daughter and is going to betray ayano
I feel like the player shouldn’t be able to drown Asu since she’s in the sports club and was probably trained on what to do in emergencies but there would be a special way to do it through the rest of the sports club (Idk how but it just sounded like a cool idea)
All elimanation in the final realese (Probally)
Osana: Rejected (I mean probally there's probally a another toturial on how to do the more complex things in yandere sim that isn't in the torturial and maybe we see senpai's friends getting killed and maybe this will be like in 1980s mode. Maybe Ayano has to reject Osana to senpai cause they are childhood friends and what's worse of childhood friends? Rejecting them)
Amai: Exploded by an oven (Probally with shoku too but there's an explanation. First is that they cook meaning a gasleak can make it look like an accident and probally shoku dies to cause i want to see the shoku x Amai ship in heaven/hell)
Kizana: Crushed by bag thingy things whatever those are called (We all know that bag things that we can cut to kill tokoku so maybe we can crush Kizana with it while making it look like an accident)
Oka: Attacked by night (Oka is scared and she travels with lots of people meaning if she was there at night we can attacked her. Cause night is where she can investegate ghost or monsters cause they appear mostly at night meaning we can sneak upon her and kill her)
Asu: Drowned. (We could put her food sleeping pills so she can sleep but still have energy to go to the pool but not inside the water just yet. Then once no one is looking, drag her body and then watch her drown)
Muja: Choked/poisoned(Muja is a nurse meaning probally we should think of something that a nurse would do. Eating healthy is a one of them as she isn't looking we could poison her food)
Mida: Fired (She's a teacher and she is a groomer. Maybe we can fired her and she may loose her job and money then go broke and she commits suicide)
Osoro: Burned (Just like Moeko, we could burn her by making her cigarrettes have gasoline and then she burns while making it look like an accident)
Hanako: Expelled (If we kill her, Senpai will commit suicide and we may get a terrible ending and snap mode may get senpai's dead corpse to Ayano's house while being in a stealth game mode)
Megami: Matchmake (Akademi is a school for megami meaning if megami is dead then the school shuts down cause what's the point? She may be the most popular girl at school meaning matchmaking her could be our option cause Megami isn't gonna ask senpai but the other way around this is senpai is gonna ask Megami. And what's the most akward feeling of asking someone out? They have a person already)
Osana's is probably the rival-specific pool elimination since she specifically hints at that in one of her conversations with Taro. And Megami's presumably involves her death, since she knows the truth about the Aishi family and personally hates Ayano.

since only 1 of them is the canon elimination, i'd like to share my theory as to which one it is (TW: opinion)
i personally think it's either oka ruto or asu rito, and here is why
i think oka ruto is a possibility since maybe we have to sacrifice her to the demons or something like that? she's the occult club leader, so surely her "canon" elimination would have something to do with the occult club or just to do with the occult? of course it could just be something like bullying her into un-alive or kidnapping/framing her, but my theory is a possibility in my opinion
asu rito's elimination method in this is drowning. similar to oka, her elimination would surely have to be something to do with the sports club. but i'm not 100% convinced that asu's one is the "canon" one since it could also be something like ruining a sports event (since her week will most likely have a sports day/theme), poisoning her food before she does running, etc. there are a few other possibilities for asu
now her are why i DON'T think the other 8 have even a chance
we know it's not osana since her "canon" elimination is putting her hair in the vent
i don't think it's amai since she's not popular nor unpopular- she's just "normal". bullying her wouldn't really go with her being the cooking club leader - surely it would have to do with the cooking club? yan dev has said he imagined the rivals by thinking of elimination methods, so maybe her's is either senpai falling out of love with her or doing something to the food she's serving during class time or something? or making her fall into a depression or helping her with a problem?
i don't think it's kizana since electrocution on a stage isn't a good idea in my opinion, since we don't know where she will be. i personally think we have to drop something on kizana
i don't think it's the nurse since teachers cannot be killed using a blunt weapon (dumbbell, bat, etc)
i don't think it's the teacher for a similar reason to the nurse: we can't kidnap teachers (well we can, but we can't without the help of bugs)
i don't really have a reason for osoro tbh. it could be her, but i don't think it is. i personally think we have to befriend and/or matchmake her or do a big favour for her
i don't think it's senpai's sister since bullying her into un-aliving would deal a huge amount to senpai's mental health
i don't think it's megami since she gives me the vibe that she doesn't care about gossip and stuff like that. megami is supposed to be the hardest rival, gossip would be too easy. i personally think her "canon" elimination has something to do with her brother: like we help him or something
Remember, each rival will have a befriend-betray elimination if you know what i mean and even if she is a teacher, and the rival of week 6 can't defend herself, (i think it was said that she didnt know how to defend herself, wich would mean we can actually bash her) and the amai elimination in the video is pushed of the roof, tho none of them will be canon

Yandere dev, i have a HUGE suggestion for the yandere simulator gameplay and the story of your game, it involves the clubs. The idea is instead of those club activities you can but cutscenes but you can play them for example a Wednesday there is a drama club perform and Ayano is in the drama club, you can put like a little game to act correctly at the show, Taro is inside the people that are watching that, if you perform good its gonna affect if senpai accepts your love, senpai really likes arts lets say, so when you confess your love he can say that he admired you or he thinks you are very talented but it depends on what club you're in like occult maybe he will be afraid of you and don't accept your feelings. Sorry if my English is not the best and remember this is just a concept but i would love if you put it in the demo or in the final game.

I love this and I think the canon elimination is Asu's one, because in 1980's mode Ritsuko is the 5th rival, she gets eliminated by the same way : drowned. Now I need Yandere Simulator 1980s mode rival elimination PMV ( with Ryoba ) or Yan Sim rival elimination but male rivals and Ayato. Why Yandere-chan/ Ayano killed herself ? What the song's name ?
