Aminado ang Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation o PAGCOR na malaking hamon ang pagpapatupad ng utos ni Pang. Ferdinand Marcos Jr. na ipagbawal na sa bansa ang Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators o POGO operations.
Sa pagtaya ng PAGCOR, nasa 40,000 manggagawa ang maaapektuhan kapag nagsara ang mga lehitimong POGO companies.
