oh my gosh..I was there in TO..this is an amazing recording..I had to look at the video screen during the flashng part 🙈 but this captures the song so well! Josh's vocals were phenomenal. They were spot on.
Saw this one played in Edmonton last weekend, I thought the intro was absolutely insane. This one definitely reminded me of why I took interest in there music in the first place
So, I got a question. How much money does Jimmy Page get to allow this kid to rip off his act? Is it by the concert, or is there just a lump sum payment to Jimmy for each tour?😎
@@garymartin1045 Don't get me wrong, Jeff Beck is a great guitarist like Page. The difference is Jimmy wrote songs that are part of the fabric of our lives now. On this kid from this band call Greta Van Fleet, you think he even knows that Zeppelin made albums that came out after Led Zeppelin I?
@@davehenry7262 Actually I was pretty impressed with these kids in an interview I saw with them, and their appreciation of different genre’s of music and artists well before they were born. They attributed it to music always on in their home growing up, and their father’s appreciation of the blues and jazz, and being a musician himself. I did go see Zeppelin, Hendrix and the Doors in my youth but still hit as many concerts a year as possible, including GVF
I mean they try and deny the whole Led Zeppelin thing - but the dude is even dressing like Page ffs haha... They should stop denying it and just own it...
@@vonbleak101 again, false. i won’t bother copying and pasting 20 links, but a quick google will show you they heavily give credit and show gratitude to zeppelin, as well as many blues, motown, and folk artists. they’ve never mentioned queen or aerosmith. robert plant said aerosmith as a joke. please do your homework before leaving comments!
@@catchinglooks The only times ive seen them directly mention Zep is when they are directly asked - When asked generally about insperations they have been way more cagey - However if this has changed recently then good - Dont get me wrong i dont have a problem with them i think they are pretty decent and have potential... @@vonbleak101 i guess you’ve only seen or read a few interviews because they’ve definitely been very forthcoming. and i don’t see any reason they need to go out of their way to bring it up when they have so many other influences that are clear the more you listen to their music. if that’s the case, why don’t we get on every punk band’s case for not going out of their way to say they are heavily influenced by the ramones in every interview? the double standard this band is held to is so silly.
Great song and as much as I appreciate the guitarist’s abilities, he looks ridiculous bouncing and leaning backwards constantly. More interesting to listen to than watch. Just my thoughts. Still very talented as a group!
Shout out to whomever filmed this. Didn't take the camera off the true star the whole time💯💯 thank you for this video. You a G😎
I love his mid song switches between fingerstyle and a pick, all without missing a beat. Jake is an incredibly underrated guitar player
One incredible rock guitarist.
Omg yes ! He is incredible!!
No he really isnt..average with a niche
@@jeffholl64 A lot of people would say otherwise.

Probably about the same amount Howlin Wolf and Robert Johnson got for Zeppelin ripping them off
Dumb ass thing to say, ALL ROCK CAME FROM OTHERS BEFORE , ALL ARE INFLUENCERS, YA DUMB ASS

@@kingtrance307 i don't think he is copying them... it is habit...formed when he was younger while learning to play from guitarists like Page..
