They probably take pictures of fashion designers' collections here, because Milan is a big city. But anyone, who knows Italy, also knows when and where to find this beautiful world. Italian women also know how to dress well. The last time I was further south than usual. I found a world, where I thought that such a thing no longer existed. In summer it is warm and the clothes suit it. I love the country and the people in Italy.

The true italians are readily seen by their italian facial traits ,the kind of clothes ,even their walking. But Milano is indeed ,a sweetest ,coziest town and millions of world's dwellers are strongly drawn to it. From plain heavy handwarkers,gardeners ,house helpers , street cleaners from Africa,South America and Asia to utterly wealthy northern Europeans ,Northern Americans and Australians who go to settle down in Milano only to feel the coziest happiness of this loveliest italian town. Even the native dwellers of Milano are a lovely blend of old Romans ,Etruscans ,Raetians ,Eugenei ,Celts and a little germanic blond Langobards. Milano is a town heaven ,which cannot not be greatly worshipped!

I like that they seem to be spontaneous and very comfortable with whatever they're wearing. However, like in most cases, there are people with excellent taste and other with not so much. I love Italy. I love Milan and Rome, Sorrento, Amalfi, Capri, but above all I love Florence ❤
My favorite was the lady in the animal print top and tan leather skirt. Her skin is perfection! She has to be a model because she makes the outfit look as good as a model would.

Americans tend to be narrow-minded ageists. It's refreshing to see a culture that does not use age as a reason to attack women for being a beautiful grown woman.
IMO Italian people, even the average ones look pretty good compared to us Germans. We always look like we just escaped from the woods while the Italians look like they have class and culture for over 2000 years now. I guess that's true because it's true ;-)
I noticed that many times, women’s sandals are closed toe. There were some open toe shoes, for sure, but the sling or mule with closed toe seems more preferred.
I lived in Italy and it's the older generation, men and women in their 50's and 60's who were the best dressed and oozing style.
