    The tragedy is that Danya is being punished for his integrity. Almost anyone with experience would advise against responding in any way to this sort of cancellation mob. It's a testament to his character that Danya even today responds in a way that tries to look at things from the eyes of his doubters - a level of generosity, objectivity, and fairness that none of his accusers have granted him, and that his accusers absolutely do not deserve. Danya is the sort of sincere, self-reflective person who is most vulnerable to be torn down by such mobs. He would never dream of asking for people's sympathy, but he should HAVE our sympathy. This is the kind of human being who deserves others to stand up and protect him with the kind of aggression that he is incapable of. It's sad to see so many in the chess world stand by idly as wolves circle the lamb in their midst.

    I'm so glad Naroditsky called out the cowardice and two-faced people and used those specific terms. Too many people let it slide. Danya has been so insanely patient and even when he's clearly furious and reached his limit, he's so clear and collected.
    Kramnik's reputation has been permanently marred. I see him as an old, cranky idiot and loser now. He chose that path. Meanwhile, I have more respect for Danya than ever before.

    Most people don’t believe in what Kramnik is saying. We are not in the Hans’ accusations time where everyone believed in the “convincing statistics” from pseudoscience statisticans😂
    But to be honest, most people are fanning the flames even more when Hans was accused especially Hikaru when they have no proof he cheated on the board. But Danya was a stand up guy and has never made money from the Hans’ drama. While it may be fair for Hikaru to experience what he did to Hans, it is very sad for Danya to be under so much pressure.😂
    Take care Danya.

    • @vibovitold
      @vibovitold 3 дня назад +12

      While not conclusive, statistics casting suspicion on Hans was several orders of magnitude more concinving that Kramnik's accusations tossed left and right every time any titled player achieves >90% accuracy in a blitz game. Even a game where Kramnik consistently outplays his opponent only to blunder badly in a relatively simple endgame. Come on

    • @AGILISFPV
      @AGILISFPV 3 дня назад +8

    • @Peter-hz3vs
      @Peter-hz3vs 3 дня назад

      @@AGILISFPVthe problem is not whether Hans cheated or not. It is about being fair and not jump to conclusions. The “evidence of Danya opening chessbase in 2 seconds” can sound convincing to people who presumably thinks that Danya cheated. And pro players did accuse Hikaru of cheating behind the back. Just look at the evidence carefully before making the accusations. Those centipawn statistics and chessbase matching stats are outright fake science. And at the time, many people believed them blindly. Just be fair and stop categorising people. Look at the evidence 😂. If people do, Danya would not be under so much pressure.
