      Absolutely right! But most people consider consistency as doing work everyday at same pace. That's the trap! Consistency is doing something important through out your life; sometimes little, sometimes after a short break but never quit it forever. Eg. I love exercising but too lazy to do everyday. So, I have made it a resolution to workout at least 1-2 times a week, it doesn't overburden me and I am able to carryout for last 8 months, though at a slow pace!

    • @mariancounsellor

      Consistent habits are easy because you don’t have to think about them once you get into a routine.

      Focus on going at your own pace. resistance is coming from thinking you need to do something a certain way or that you need to do something at all. you want to get into mindset of feeling good about your actions this will get rid of your resistance and you'll naturally start to be more productive you also see that it'll be easier to build healthier habits

    Greetings from a fellow swede! ;) ... Great content, and may I ad another important point to the ones you have mentioned.
    Heard it from Tai lopez a few days ago and it has to do with TIME MANAGEMENT.
    And what he was saying was that you should never apply hard work and discipline on something, unless you have gathered some proof of success on it beforehand.
    Conclusion: Pick your path well and don´t waste time on non profit - options.

    • @TheSwedishInvestor
      @TheSwedishInvestor  5 лет назад

      Awesome zizou357, thank you both for your kind words and for this important takeaway. Did he clarify it from a competitive standpoint though? Proof on concept typically means more competition, and true innovative endeavors must per definition be in fields where no one has been successful before, right?

    I disagree with the first point. A lot of people waste money on silly things like Swiss watches or luxury cars when a Seiko or Ford will be a fraction of the price and last just as long. In that sense wealth can be the end in itself, which I suspect is a growing aspiration among the working class.

    Of course, it's a word that can help sales tremendously.

    • @shawarmageddonit
      @shawarmageddonit 5 лет назад +1

      And, if one knows a little about the actual science behind success, it might also help credibility, in that the book describes a tried, tested, replicable, verifiable outline for the process that pretty much every rich and successful person follows, whether aware of it or not. Throw in what we know about quantum physics and how it relates to actively creating one's reality, and boom: The use of the word 'science' is absolutely legit.

      @@diedertspijkerboer All I can and will do is ask that you keep an open mind and read the works of successful entrepreneurs now and then, and not least the people who followed and studied them for decades. People like Napoleon Hill, Tim Ferriss, Robert Kiyosaki, Tony Robbins, Brian Tracy, Zig Ziglar, Robert Greene, Ryan Holiday, Norman Vincent Peale, etc. Notice the patterns for yourself. Notice how certain parameters are necessarily always in place for any major successful business undertaking.
      Then, start getting into quantum physics. Read the books of Greg Kuhn alongside the books of Wattles, and even Deepak Chopra. See how it all fits perfectly with what especially Napoleon Hill is talking about.
      If you're out looking for meticulous lab experiment reports in the field of business success and acumulating wealth, you're probably gonna be disappointed. But less does it, especially if you keep an open mind. And trust me, there ARE predictable and repeatable patterns and mechanisms at work.
      Happy exploring.

      Diedert Spijkerboer It’s Lake trying to convince someone who speaks outside of even reading the damn book that we have a whole animation made above us in the video. Science is the shortest distance from point A to B. There is a science. Regardless of what indoctrination you want to attempt to mention.

    The drawings are really helpful but the videos extracts from TV are too distracting.
