Hey, on the bright side... The Light Realm is worth ~60% of all the available spirit battles, making the Dark Realm pretty darn small.
But the dark realm is a bit harder.

I hate those giant enemies with Super armor in a stamina battle. I’m forced to play olimar, run away and throw pikmin.
For god's sake, there are actually _several_ of those fights in WoL?!
I play this mode on hard without spirits/skill-tree and the only encounter I had like this was a giant k.rool with 160 HP and the only way I was able to defeat him was to reflect his B-cannon and then switching sides by escaping under the stage with Fox!
Since he gets a guanranteed ultra-smash bc of HP-drain and will wait for a good point of time to use it and simultaneously can't use his B-cannon since it would be the ultra-attack, I had no other option than luring him into missing his ultra-smash, BUT THAT TOOK AGES BC HE THEN ALSO SPAMS PHYSICAL ATTACKS since he 'doesn't want' to use his 'B' and you actually can tank MERELY *TWO* HITS AND YOU'RE DEAD!!
What I want to say is it was quite the hell and if there was a spirit like e.g. Cpt. Falcon who has no projectiles at all, to fight such a character under these rules being huge and super-shielded, IT WOULD PROBABLY BE THE END OF MY RUN...
And that after I already did hell-spirits like Dr. Wily, Star Rod and the Zelda (BOTW)-spirit without equipping myself at all..
You have no clue how long it took to even get through 1 of those and these stamina-battles, at least under this circumstances, are the worst sh*t I ever had to deal with in a video-game!
You really feel this mode wasn't designed to get through it without spirits/tree and I'm honestly wondering why I want to beat it like this so hard..
So can you remember what other huge-super-shielded spirits you met and on what map, with or without spawnable items?
Edit: With "super-shielded" I actually mean super armor, don't know why I called it like that..
i did the same strategy for giga mic as DK. it was awful but i dont think i had another option.

@@silvercrystal3 well, he's not giant, but if you're going for 100% i remember there's a stamina ganon in the street fighter bit that i think has super armor, gonna be either easy gimp, or probably alot of stress, good luck bout to start my run soon
@@skella-tall2034 The best way to gimp M. Bison is a launch star. Ganondorf will usually always follow off the ledge.

We'll sprites weaken finally smashes when you don't use them.
Because it's a spiritless run and the CPUs are harder to kill

If you know how to abuse the game sure it makes games easy you just need to trick the ai but then you could just play against other players if you play with a no fun policy
Maybe, but who wants to suffer like that? Normal WoL is painful enough to play. If music tracks weren't locked behind it I would have quit playing that janky, repetitive garbage mode.

I already did those without spirits/skill tree on hard.
Peach in Pauline killed herself after a while by missing the edge with her recovery,
The Boss was the cheapest 'legend'-fight I ever had - I simply meteored her after 5 seconds FIRST TRY.

yea that was one of the biggest pains I ever had in my gaming history, took about 25 hours for me to complete, but I did it with Fox.
Btw I will beat WoL on hard without spirits AND WITHOUT SKILL TREE, and since I already got some of the most difficult spirits behind me, like F---ING *STAR ROD* , *DR. WILY* and even the ZELDA (BOTW)-spirit (why does actually nobody mention this spirit, it's hard AF ! !), I feel quite confident to take on the rest!
And honestly @ all who claim the 9&18 Volt-spirit as hell on earth and state it being more difficult than Dr. Wily...
you all have no clue how real difficulty looks like in a spirit-/skill tree-less run! You simply CAN'T translate it 1:1 from your sloppy spirit-using-run ! So just try it yourselves or stfu!
It either are the stamina fights (also in combination with super-armor) that are the real hell OR if you have to face multiple overpowered opponents at once on stages with no grounded magnifying-glass-area and having good recovery (Star Rod is the perfect example).
The rest is simply ai-cheesing and avoiding "to get into the cpu's game" meaning don't clear the tasks how they're supposed to be meant as much as possible.
