The presentator should do more research in the referred subject. How you put India in this group where muslim population grow to 20 crores? At the time of independence of India in 1947, the muslim population were less than 10% which currently grow upto more than 15%, this proves India not against Muslim. Now when I look at the film , the direction seems so silly . Had there not been good songs and good dialogues by Amitabh bachhan, the film could have been a flop.

iss movie ko banna itna aasaan nahi tha iske producer ki death ho gayi thi set pe shayad camera fitting kar rahe they aur gir gaye. chandra barot ne poori team ko assemble kia jo director they unhone faisla kia yeh movie poori hogi barot ne aisa network banaya ki filmalaya, r k studio type set koi 3 ghante ke liye le raha hai usme kaam 2 ghante mein complete ho gaya ya break chal raha hain usme don ki shooting kar leta tha paisey hi nahi they buss network karke yeh poori movie hui. for eg apne guru manoj kumar ko barot ne movie ke rashes dikhaaye kumar bola dekho tumhaari movie interval ke baad hectic ho gayi hai hero bhaag raha hain police se gundo se kabhi idhar udhar aisey mein audience pakk jaati han yaha gaana daal do comedy sequesnce laao tab khai ke paan banaras waala gaana aaya woh screenplay aaya usse pehle movie hectic ho jaati hai. khai ke paan banaras waala gaana barot ne dev anand ki movie banarsi babu se lia jaha yeh gaana extra reh gaya.

Though I'm Indian I am not a Fan of any Indian "Hero" as I mostly watch Hollywood movies. But I must say that Amitabh Bachchan is the real Super megastar of Indian Films, his performance is at Top in this movie... I am 44 now and have watched this movie Don for may be more 100 times in TV, since my school days till now but I would again love to watch this movie.😉 The bitter truth is the so called "King Khan" of Bollywood is in match to the Personality of Mr Amitabh Bachchan.😊
