This chapter brought me back to Islam الحمدالله. I used to pray all 5 prayers a while ago for 6 months. However, for some reason I stopped and I started having these doubts and I started to think about Islam and all religions like a typical atheist does. "All religions are the same", "How could there be creature that has 600 wings and is made from light." (I was watching a video that describes Angel Gabriel). I did not not turn into an atheist though, I was an agnostic; Mainly because I was frustrated about how most Muslims are oppressed across the globe even though Islam is the truth and stuff like that.
However, I just wanted to listen to something that brings me comfort while doing something on my computer. I opened RUclips, and my eyes immediately fell on this video. I started listening and when the reciter reached verse number 68:15 (1:51) I stopped as I was shocked. The night before I was desperately asking God for a sign because I was depressed. I never looked at the sky before and asked God for something, that is how desperate I was. "It is all myths." That was what I was thinking of while listening, until he reached chapter 68:15. What I found amazing, is the fact that this verse spoke exactly what I had in mind and I came up to a conclusion that Islam is the truth and God is real and these are not myths.
This book is not normal. There is something unique about this book. If you speak Arabic you'll get me. It is not like a poem, it is not something man made, it can't be. It touches your soul. It puts you in a state of tranquility and it has the answer to all of your problems.
Now I understand why we should recite it every now and then. Now I have no more doubts. This is the truth. I testify that Allah is all mighty and there is no God worthy of worship except him, and I testify that Mohammad is his messenger and the best of his creation.
O Allah, guide us on the straight path, forgive us for slaking off. We are weak and you are all mighty and the most merciful. Keep us guided on the straight path O Allah.

Sometimes people ask questions on god existance. wheather god could create this or that or is their a god . Forget us humans for abit ; see the rest of what exists on earth ; elements we cant see i.e wind. Then the elements we can sea "water" the sun the stars . And things like what we cant see, are unknown are the unseen . And then ask yourself logically is their a creator to all this , things dont happen by chance . And the answer is their is a god .

I was same as you my brother Almighty Allah bring me back in Ramadan and for me it was the signs of final hour. I was shocked to find out how could some one 1400 years ago said something and that is really coming true in front of our eye and we can literally see them we don't have to interpretation. We can see them happening with our own eyes.

I am not Muslim, but I stumbled upon this and the voice gave me chills. The way the Quaran is recited with such heart is inspiring.
Funnily enough just yesterday my sister's boyfriend had tossed out an english copy of the Quaran that someone had given him. I hate to see books in the trash by default so I put it next to my Bible on the shelf in my room.

ghada alabdulkarim Yea. Yesterday my sister had come home from church and I had the copy of the english Quaran open on my bed, reading the first page and writing verses that struck with me deeply in my notebook (I do the same with the Bible) and she got mad.
She was asking, "Oh, so you're a Muslim now? Being Christian isn't good enough?" and was just being mean and nasty. I made her leave, closed my door and kept reading.
Sometimes you have to do what you have to, regardless if those around you don't approve.

The Qur'an is the speech of Allah, you are not alone to feel that way. I suggest you watch videos by professor Jeffrey Lang, who was an atheist and became a Muslim, he said the exact same thing, when he read the Qur'an, that he felt like Allah was answering all his questions and directly to him.

I love how Allaw SWT starts the Surah with saying "By the grace of your Lord you are not mad" and ends with "They say "Indeed, he is mad".
It's like Allah SWT answered before the question or statement is stated. Love this type of circular structures found all over the Qur'an solidifying the divinity of it, as well as how it is not bound by time, SubhanAllah.

SubhanAllah, I am actually going for Umrah on 26th November 2019 with some of my family. insha'Allah I will pray for you and give your Salaam.
But you know you can also do that from wherever you are and the angels will deliver your Salaam to the prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Send Salaam and drood (asking Allah to bless the prophet) any time , everyday.
Also in your heart you are already a Muslim. Allah knows what is in the hearts so He already knows. To be a Muslim you have to truly believe Allah(God) is the only one true God and Muhammad (peace be upon him) is his messenger and servant.
Also, if you have Christians background , you must believe Jesus to be a messenger and servant of God. That is it. Just say 'I witness that there is no God but Allah and Muhammad (preace be upon him) is his messenger and servant" , even alone in your room, and Allah and His angels will be you witnesses.
Also , if it is ok and safe for you to do, you need to contact your local masjid imam (make sure it not a Amadyia or Shia masjid) and make your declaration in front of other Muslims ( don't worry the imam or women will guide you through that what to say word by word ) . This way the Muslim brothers and sisters will look after you , help you with prayers etc and make sure you have an Islamic funeral (with 100s of Muslims praying for you )+burial when your time comes. if you die as a follower of prophet Muhammad (peace be him) then insha'Allah you are guaranteed Jannah (paradise). May Allah (swt) bless you and make it easy for you. AMEEN!

Alhamdulillah I am guided akhi. I think you misunderstood my comment. The Quran is out of this world in the sense that it not the work of a mere man. It is not from this world and truly from Allah.
We are born in free will. we had no knowledge in our brain when we born. while living in this community we learned so many things, but most of them were gossips
anyway we are worried about ourselves. so we began to share the food and provision available in this earth, but all of them were greedy began to collect money as much as they want, so they got peace. because they will get whatever they want with the money they have
but in the book Quran the Lord says that it is temporary, you shouldn't hurt anyone living your community in any way, so you need to be purified. if you give the excess money you have to the nearest needy person who is struggling and burning with fear and poverty, you will get whatever you request. this is the free of restriction mentioned in the book Quran, this is the garden of Aden that your Lord promised.
people may feel it's foolishness, it's because they have no patience. in this book it Says that be patient you will understand.
look at your body, did you have any role while creating each and every cell in it, so likewise the creator will look-after you now, you don't need to worry and run behind the money, he is already determined everything.
he says everything is created from nothingness so if you obey him he can create anything for you. and he is near call him he will respond
just look at the sun it gives you sunlight help photosynthesis for you, it is serving you but you pay nothing
look at the trees it gives you oxygen and fruits but you pay nothing,

but if ask a service of any human you need to pay him, because your Lord says in the Quran about him he is the Satan the disobedient

Everytime I listen to the Quran I feel something in my heart. Even before I wasn't a Muslim and randomly listen to the Quran my heart felt ease and smooth... I really needed this, because some of my friends have been saying that my religious change is a result of madness and should see a psychologist. Many stopped talking to me completely, while others, my closest, are actually starting to follow the same path as me. Ironically, those that abandoned me are actual Muslims, whereas those that are following me are not. Truly sad times we live in.

I am a housewife and I've been in a process of emigrate (please do pray for me to always be istiqamah) I am a muslim by default even though I always do salah, fasting, zakah diligently before, but I did it out of a habit without knowing the reasons why we should do it, but recently I started questioning everything, I used to chase dunya a lot and even though most of prayers were answered, and most of everything I desired have been granted by Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala I just felt so restless and exhausted, human nafs is the worst I was never satisfied with dunya and always wanting more and better, it's so tiring, and empty inside. So I started to learn about Islam more, and I found more peace because now I know that everything in this world is a test from Him, the more we are able to supress our nafs in dunya the more we get closer to Jannah. This world's ni'mah is nothing to compare with ni'mah we'll get in Jannah. Now whenever I see friends, neighbour, family who's life is better than me I never feel envy because I know if you pass this tribulation Allah will surely give me more in Jannah. Recently I started listening to Quran recitations more and avoiding music altogether, I listen to a lot of verses so far my favorites are Ar-Rahman & Al-Waqiah, and this recitation becomes my new favorite, you know it since the first time you listened to it even without reading the translation they just give you chill and goosebump and started crying heavily. May Allah forgives all of our sins and grant us jannah. Aamiin.

People who got indoctrinated at a young age and are not scientifically literate. Don't you think that there is a reason why a naturalistic explanation was never replaced by a theistic one.. Ever? Nothing in nature, as far as we know needs something supernatural, like a God to funktion. Sure, there are some things that we can't explain yet, but for "God" to be a credible solution, you'd need to demonstrate that such a thing exist. All religions are far from that. Islam is not special in this regard. Until some form of the divine is demonstrated it is just a desperate attempt to solve a mystery by applying to a even bigger mystery.

Allah didn't make their heart close. The closed their heart and mind themselves.
Allah says they are not blind by eyes but by heart.
Allah sent those messages down. It's responsiblity of every person to seek the true knowledge whether it be Muslim or not.
