Using the different type of branches for the christmas tree was very clever. I might put a few more branches on mine, but I don't know that for a fact, it's all trial and error. Good job, good idea.
Yes red cardinals mean something to me. My brother used to go camping with us, and he passed away 20 yrs ago but every year when my daughter, grand daughter, 3 sisters, niece , brother law, bvb and me go 10 camping trip and there is a cardinal at our site the whole time.also my mother passed in 2008. Christmas was her favorite tim of year and there is always a cardinal around
Thanks for sharing your story Debra! I'm glad your family can continue the tradition of going camping and you can find a small reminder times when your brother joined you. Hugs!
Hi Melissa, I think you do a great job on your videos. I'm pretty sure I saw a tree at a farm that looks just like the one you made, but a little larger. 🌲😁 😊Linda
the tree was a good idea in theory, but it bugged me that you used cedar tree branches and then glued on pine cones. pine cones don't grow on cedar trees. 😂 And lose the roses. Maybe brush on white for snow and a little snow crystals. Then some mini decorations. The truck in the frame seemed to get lost against those dark colors. wondering why the brown?
Hi Danae! I didn't really care what grows on a particular tree when making this . Not even sure I knew what kind of branches I was using, I just kinda craft what I love and the rest, oh well! Lol. Thanks for watching and commenting!

I don't think the tree looks bad, but I do think a little more greenery would have helped it look more filled in.
Thanks for commenting as you watch. Love that!
