Funny, but on scratch cards when I don't win I know I have lost money. On Tombola, on the other hand, when win & play and continue to play until my imputed money (most times not all as I have won) will just run out - often after a full hour of playing - then, I don't think I have lost. It feels more like I've 'spent' that money on a good hour of entertainment.

I feel the same Dave, I can go to the cinema and spend £20 on food and a ticket and have a few hours of fun, and I can do the same with Tombola (minus the popcorn) 🤣🤣
