Or just install adb and fastboot tool and install the drivers on your computer and run the command "fastboot reboot" and your phone will restart

my control buttons do not make any difference, it's just stuck on fastboot
so I will have to remove the back and disconnect the battery then reconnect? would that fix it do you reckon ?

@@biologicalbyte243 hello and thank you for answering, no I am getting no response, when I long press the power button it the FASTBOOT appears then I tried every possible combination, power and vol-down pow and vol-up, tried holding them for different lengths of time from quick press, five seconds, six then up to fifteen with all possible combinations, the response I get is the tablet (new, unused) the word FASTBOOT will disappear and after a small pause it looks as if it is about to start but it's only the word appearing. I tried using the sim card pin in the tiny reset hole but that does nothing. any ideas ? thank you
