Nibbana is known to one who experience the last truth of the 4 noble truth. Ceesation of mind. This moment are experience by one who see depending origination clearly. Cause and effect are the fundamental journey all the way till the last noble truth. After that cause and effect also ends.
Once one practice mindfulness these 3 things begin to fade away. Greed, hatred, delusion Next these 3 things begins to show up. Aniccha, dukkha, anatha As one goes on continueing practice vipasanna further into the path, the first noble truths gets clearer and clearer. You will begin to experience dukkha in being mindful as you observed this physical body of yours. You begin to realize two things while you are progressing in your vipasanna practice. You experience all kinds of dukkha mentally and physically. Also you will also experience sukha as well. In this way you begin to experience the first truth and the second truth simultaneously. As you continue experiencing these 2 truth, the 3rd truth begin to be realised as you experience, samadhi, jhanna, upeka. With this three truth has been experience, faith begin to grow in the teaching of LORD BUDDHA. One upon settling and agreed with the 1st,2nd,3rd truth, the 8 noble path where the 6th,7th,8th truth become established. They are right effort, right mindfulness, right concentration. One will determine to strive onto the path to realise the last truth. Ends of sufferrings. A sotopana who has experience the last truth while on vipasanna meditation experience the sitting meditation momentarily went into mindfulness being cut off, similarly like a computer monitor being power off. This moment of vipasanna sitting meditation when one experience end of suffering is like the mind being switch off. At that moment one is experiencing end of sufferring (magga) and once into magga, the conciousness of existence vanished. Upon palla one experience of unconcious mind returns and still upon palla one still do not know as one is in extreme pleasure seeing vibration on the whole physical body accompany with peace,clear and calm state of mind. These pleasures stay on by it self until it gradually subside and disappear and replace by only very clear and calm mind so tame that mindfulness seem to be easy to practice.And one will notice the experience bring about the meditative sitting posture are straight like in samadhi and the mind is bright and clear and meditative contemplation on the breath is easy. In this state of mind suddenly one begin to remember the cessation moment in the sitting meditation. Here i will not emphasised further as you will one day when experience it you will know by yourself. The reason behind many meditation practioners finally gave up the meditation practice. They apply wrong understanding and aquire wrong objective practice that leads to non path and fruitions. Many failed to experience magga palla are due to wrong understanding of mind purification. They do not really understand the 4 noble truth. It was these 4 noble truth that tells us the whole story of our existence, dukkha, the cause of dukka, the way to ceesation of dukkha, and finally the ENDS meaning No more knowing mind and no more physical forms of course, fine material or formless. The first noble truth DUKKHA.... Simply take it as everythings are sufferring. When start meditating you will experience many and various kinds of dukkha. This one have to accept if one wants to progress further and do not coward away or become doubtful about vipasanna practices. Accept the pain and ignored the pain then you will progress. Next the 2nd truth. THE CAUSE OF SUFFERRING. In dhamma terms craving, clinging, desire are said to be the cause. On the other hands why do such has to be the cause and is there other real truth more then that craving, clinging, desire? Then if one carefully note the 2nd truth of sufferring carefully, the real truth is then talking about the body and the mind are the cause of sufferring and the statement of craving, clinging, desire become secondary. Next comes the 3rd truth: THE WAY LEADING TO THE CEESATION OF SUFFERRINGS. This 3rd noble truth in summery tells us there is a way that can destroy sufferring. In practicing vipasanna meditation the way to the ceesation of mental and physical sufferrings are similar to switching on the light and switching off the light. This way no one come to realize it of without the LORD BUDDHA SATIPATHANA instructions. One who practice it saw it clearly that there is a way to end sufferring. What is actually sufferring? It is impermance that are causing sufferrings and having a body and mind. Here one experience when the 5 khandas from the body are stop from functioning, the mind begins to become CALM. Here experience meditation practioners realise there seems to have a way to temporary be free from uncomfortableness when all body sensation stops. One thus sees that there is a way that can leads to the quietening of the thoughts and one can realize calm and peaceful when this happen. Then comes the 4th noble truth that tell us there is the END to sufferrings. Upon the experiece of the 3rd noble truth one see the calm state of mind are not the complete freedom of sufferrings as there are still existing the residue product of sufferring. Thus Upon continueing the satipathana practice, one finally come to the ceesation of the mind that knows. The knowing mind vanish altogather. Thus one finally come to experience the 4th noble truth. END OF SUFFERRING. It is the moment where the mind and body totally decay
How to know you have accomplished your goal and has experience Enlightment?It is important that you must strive in this life one must practice Satipattahana to attain sainthood or the opportunity are lost for anyone who do not strive for attainment. This world cycle 4 BUDDHA already passes. Left one more to come before this world dissolved. But do not think you will be born here when this final BUDDHA arrived. You may and highly not able to be so lucky to be born when this final BUDDHA arrived. So it is very important that you must strive hard to gain attainment in this life. To reach this state of Enlightment you will need to practice satipathana meditation or vipassanna breath contemplation until the mind become calm and then the mind cease.The mind will cease after it continue seeing the four foundation of mindfulness which one keep letting it go not attach to this mental subtle state. When ceesation finally happen all thinking STOPPED and conciousness and body all vanished and this is known as CEESATION OF MIND AND BODY. It is like you suddenly become UNCONCIOUS where all your 5 khandas MOMENTARILY SHUT DOWN TOGATHER. When these 5 khandas shut down you enter the ARIYA ENLIGHTMENT. In short your life force bond by karma in samsars are momentarily end, you are momentarily dead in this samsara existence. Your meditation mind suddenly goes into complete cut off state and you are temporary consider mentally detached from samasara existence. You enter the state of ceesation or to make it understandable one become unconcious from his sitting meditative states. During this unconcious state your sitting posture are erect and still but without life. Upon ceesation you are momentarily no more existing in this world. Your sansara conciousness temporary do not exist anymore. Your mundande concious ceases and supramundane concious arise freeing you from sufferring is awakening. After one enter ceesation one is said in buddhist term as entering path, this is the moment of unknown of unconcious state of mind. Sansara concious and existence temporary cut or ceases. You will not know as you enter these meditation state as you enter the stream entry path. Then upon emerge from the path, this emerging is known as the meditative state of fruition. You will become concious again after you return from attainment or after ceesation. When you return from ceesation you will experience whole body pleasurable sensation, whole body in vibration and very happy and your sitting meditation you will realise your meditation sitting posture is erect and your mind is filled with overwhelming happiness, pleasure sensation on every parts of your body from tips of your toe, every parts of the body till the top of your head. Fantastically your mental awareness perfectly calm. It is like on AUTO CRUISE driving. Your mindfulness is easy as you are aware of mind and body without using any exertion and no hindrances or mental disturbance. After a while of nibanna experience by ceesation of mind and re awaken in this presant samsara existence and experiencing whole body happiness, you will begin to remember or recollection your attainment experience. You reflect non sufferring upon ceesation and before ceesation you experience lots of thinking and physical sufferrings. You experience after returning from ceesation and awake again in this existence you realise overwhelming mind and physical happiness never before experience in your whole life. Such wonderful understanding of the Awaken one now is known by you. You have finally realised you have finally become an enlighten saint yourself.The status of SOTOPANA or stream enterer are accomplished. This is the experience from my personnel practice and i hope i have drawn a clear road map on how one come to know one has finally reach the ultimate goal of the Lord BUDDHA teaching on ENLIGHTMENT. My sharing is not to boost or to show the world who i am but merely to share my attainment happiness and to honor the LORD BUDDHA great teaching by sharing what was taught by our BUDDHA are TRUTH. The sharing of enlightment excel all truth. Many who imagine to be enlighted are speculative. Enlightment is a mind state where the presant conciousness are suddenly switch off and you are momentarily in unconcious states but yet in your sitting meditstion posture and your body are stiff and erect. This is the signal of real Enlightnent. Without entering these sudden unconcious state and imagine seeing beautiful scenery, seeing yourself are not real experience of the BUDDHA Enlightment meaning. All kinds of birth it is just a welcome back to continue sufferrings. The BUDDHA say when you are with body and mind you are subject to continuing to sufferrings. The way to be free is to learn to be mindful or aware or free yourself from attached to physical and mental phenomenor. Then you will understand what is Enlightment. The ceesation of conciousness and detachement of conciousness from mind and body is the moment one experience nibanna or enlightment. One is momentarily death from existing and enter into the deathless. This is end of sufferrings experience one will come upon in the vipasanna mind purification process. Vipasanna is the training that will calm the mind. When mind are calm insight knowledge of 4 things arise in your mind. They are vedana or sensation or feelings, next they are perception that act as receiver that connect the object to be channel to the mind, there is the mind that act as a generator once it received the information from the sense base that consist of our body, our eye, our nose, our ear our, touch and finally the mind. These detected object are perceived by these sense door and are send to the mind for production. Once the received information from the sense door, it will begin to fabricate and form an image in the mind. As the image are formed the conciousness as receive begin to send it to the body where feeling start to manifest. This feeling begin to synchronised with the mind at very high intensity. In this way the mind and body coordinate with each other until such time the fabrication become so strong and vedana also same become very strong and the body goes into action. Thus a complete action has been carried out by the fabrication of the mind and the cooperation of the vedana. In this way these sense door, and the external object, with the body and mind begin to fabricate and get us involved into their fabrication thus unknownly these vedana and mind fabrication if unknow are the cause of "I' to become exist. So vipasanna is to be practice and to see these action and mind fabrication and to finally come to understand the true meaning of nonself. Vipasanna involved in bringing the mind to follow our outbreath and inbreath until such time the mind begins to become calm and upon the mind become calm, the mind will let you see the true characteristics of how these mental fabriction works and thus cause sufferrings. The 4 noble truth the complete teaching of Lord Buddha. The complete understanding of these 4 noble truth leads one to nibanna. The Buddha tell you to practice vipasanna meditation and experience the 4 noble truth clearly and you can become ariya or Sotopana. How to become a Sotopanna? You will need to have calm mind or samadhi to get into the 4 foundation of mind, body, feeling, perception or mental formation. You will only get into samadhi or calm states of mind only when you are able to constantly follow the meditation object. I am a sotopana and i am able to enter samadhi easily. It is not magic. You will really need to be able to flow with your inbreath and out breath projected to your abdominal rising and falling. I have experiment this when i follow the breath constantly, my mind begin to show me the 4 foundation of mindfulness. I then purposely stop focus and stop to follow the meditation object, imediately the samadhi also disappear. And when i begin to really follow the breath again, samadhi return and i begin to see the 4 foundation of body again feelings, perception, mental formation arises. As one continue with calm and flowing with the meditation object you will one day enter ceesation of mind once your practice are perfectly free from greed, hatred, delusion. As you ongoing practice your vipasanna meditation only then you will one day enter the stream. Do you know why? It is because as you have already reach the 4 foundation, the mind is continuingly ongoing removing greed, hatred, delusion inside your mind. Until such time it is really perfectly clean from greed, hatred, delusion, then suddenly you will experience ceesation of your concious where you become cut off from this existence and as you enter magga and palla. You are now a sotopanna. You have finally come to experience the last noble truth where the mind ceases you enter the streams.Mind do not exist anymore when you experience nibanna. Suki hotu. The Lord praise those who practice the satipathana meditation but today monk tell you to listen and read more suttas. That was not the way and instruction of the BUDDHA that by knowing plentiful of sutta and dhamma still enlightment are not reacheable. And then again the confusion of jhanna speculating out in the arena are another problem to the listener as well as for the dhamma speaker. Seemingly thinking there are wonder in attaining jhana monk speculating on jhanna are like showing his abilities and making jhanna seem like and idol or somethings importance or supreme and yet it does not leads you directly to nibanna. We are not intereted in all these scriptures and stories and fantacies of jhanna. Just remember the BUDDHA first and last instruction is to be deligently and directly gets into practice the satipathana meditation that bring about immediate knowledge that leads you to confident in the vipasanna mind purification and to come to directly sees the 4 noble truth that tells everything about the beginning and the final ends to all sufferrings. You will then come to real experience of Ceesation of mind and that important moment are the sever of samsara existence and your attainment are clearly known by you. The way to nibanna are understood by you and all your past evil karma are destroyed. Upon your presant existence expired you are assure of plesant birth and no worries of birth in 4 lower realm. The reason behind many meditation practioners finally gave up the meditation practice. They apply wrong understanding and aquire wrong objective practice that leads to non path and fruitions.
Many failed to experience magga palla are due to wrong understanding of mind purification. They do not really understand the 4 noble truth.
It was these 4 noble truth that tells us the whole story of our existence, dukkha, the cause of dukka, the way to ceesation of dukkha, and finally the ENDS meaning
No more knowing mind and no more physical forms of course, fine material or formless.
The first noble truth DUKKHA.... Simply take it as everythings are sufferring. When start meditating you will experience many and various kinds of dukkha.
This one have to accept if one wants to progress further and do not coward away or become doubtful about vipasanna practices.
Accept the pain and ignored the pain then you will progress.
Next the 2nd truth.
THE CAUSE OF SUFFERRING.
In dhamma terms craving, clinging, desire are said to be the cause. On the other hands why do such has to be the cause and is there other real truth more then that craving, clinging, desire?
Then if one carefully note the 2nd truth of sufferring carefully, the real truth is then talking about the body and the mind are the cause of sufferring and the statement of craving, clinging, desire become secondary.
Next comes the 3rd truth:
THE WAY LEADING TO THE CEESATION OF SUFFERRINGS.
This 3rd noble truth in summery tells us there is a way that can destroy sufferring. In practicing vipasanna meditation the way to the ceesation of mental and physical sufferrings are similar to switching on the light and switching off the light. This way no one come to realize it of without the LORD BUDDHA SATIPATHANA instructions.
One who practice it saw it clearly that there is a way to end sufferring. What is actually sufferring? It is impermance that are causing sufferrings and having a body and mind. Here one experience when the 5 khandas from the body are stop from functioning, the mind begins to become CALM. Here experience meditation practioners realise there seems to have a way to temporary be free from uncomfortableness when all body sensation stops. One thus sees that there is a way that can leads to the quietening of the thoughts and one can realize calm and peaceful when this happen.
Then comes the 4th noble truth that tell us there is the END to sufferrings. Upon the experiece of the 3rd noble truth one see the calm state of mind are not the complete freedom of sufferrings as there are still existing the residue product of sufferring.
Thus Upon continueing the satipathana practice, one finally come to the ceesation of the mind that knows. The knowing mind vanish altogather. Thus one finally come to experience the 4th noble truth. END OF SUFFERRING.
It is the moment where the mind and body totally decay

How to know you have accomplished your
goal and has experience Enlightment?It is important that you must strive in this life one must practice Satipattahana to attain sainthood or the opportunity are lost for anyone who do not strive for attainment. This world cycle 4 BUDDHA already passes. Left one more to come before this world dissolved. But do not think you will be born here when this final BUDDHA arrived. You may and highly not able to be so lucky to be born when this final BUDDHA arrived. So it is very important that you must strive hard to gain attainment in this life. To reach this state of Enlightment you will need to practice satipathana meditation or vipassanna breath contemplation until the mind become calm and then the mind cease.The mind will cease after it continue seeing the four foundation of mindfulness which one keep letting it go not attach to this mental subtle state. When ceesation finally happen all thinking STOPPED and conciousness and body all vanished and this is known as CEESATION OF MIND AND BODY.
It is like you suddenly become UNCONCIOUS where all your 5 khandas MOMENTARILY SHUT DOWN TOGATHER. When these 5 khandas shut down you enter the ARIYA ENLIGHTMENT. In short your life force bond by karma in samsars are momentarily end, you are momentarily dead in this samsara existence.
Your meditation mind suddenly goes into complete cut off state and you are temporary consider mentally detached from samasara existence. You enter the state of ceesation or to make it understandable one become unconcious from his sitting meditative states.
During this unconcious state your sitting posture are erect and still but without life.
Upon ceesation you are momentarily no more existing in this world. Your sansara conciousness temporary do not exist anymore.
Your mundande concious ceases and supramundane concious arise freeing you from sufferring is awakening.
After one enter ceesation one is said in buddhist term as entering path, this is the moment of unknown of unconcious state of mind. Sansara concious and existence temporary cut or ceases. You will not know as you enter these meditation state as you enter the stream entry path. Then upon emerge from the path, this emerging is known as the meditative state of fruition.
You will become concious again after you return from attainment or after ceesation. When you return from ceesation you will experience whole body pleasurable sensation, whole body in vibration and very happy and your sitting meditation you will realise your meditation sitting posture is erect and your mind is filled with overwhelming happiness, pleasure sensation on every parts of your body from tips of your toe, every parts of the body till the top of your head.
Fantastically your mental awareness perfectly calm. It is like on AUTO CRUISE driving.
Your mindfulness is easy as you are aware of mind and body without using any exertion and no hindrances or mental disturbance.
After a while of nibanna experience by ceesation of mind and re awaken in this presant samsara existence and experiencing whole body happiness, you will begin to remember or recollection your attainment experience.
You reflect non sufferring upon ceesation and before ceesation you experience lots of thinking and physical sufferrings. You experience after returning from ceesation and awake again in this existence you realise overwhelming mind and physical happiness never before experience in your whole life. Such wonderful understanding of the Awaken one now is known by you.
You have finally realised you have finally become an enlighten saint yourself.The status of SOTOPANA or stream enterer are accomplished.
This is the experience from my personnel practice and i hope i have drawn a clear road map on how one come to know one has finally reach the ultimate goal of the Lord BUDDHA teaching on ENLIGHTMENT.
My sharing is not to boost or to show the world who i am but merely to share my attainment happiness and to honor the LORD BUDDHA great teaching by sharing what was taught by our BUDDHA are TRUTH.
The sharing of enlightment excel all truth. Many who imagine to be enlighted are speculative. Enlightment is a mind state where the presant conciousness are suddenly switch off and you are momentarily in unconcious states but yet in your sitting meditstion posture and your body are stiff and erect.
This is the signal of real Enlightnent.
Without entering these sudden unconcious state and imagine seeing beautiful scenery, seeing yourself are not real experience of the BUDDHA Enlightment meaning. That is not Enlightment definately.

All kinds of birth it is just a welcome back to continue sufferrings. The BUDDHA say when you are with body and mind you are subject to continuing to sufferrings.
The way to be free is to learn to be mindful or aware or free yourself from attached to physical and mental phenomenor. Then you will understand what is Enlightment.
The ceesation of conciousness and detachement of conciousness from mind and body is the moment one experience nibanna or enlightment.
One is momentarily death from existing and enter into the deathless. This is end of sufferrings experience one will come upon in the vipasanna mind purification process.
Once you experience the moment of ceesation, you will no more have doubt about ends of sufferrings.

Vipasanna is the training that will calm the mind. When mind are calm insight knowledge of 4 things arise in your mind. They are vedana or sensation or feelings, next they are perception that act as receiver that connect the object to be channel to the mind, there is the mind that act as a generator once it received the information from the sense base that consist of our body, our eye, our nose, our ear our, touch and finally the mind.
These detected object are perceived by these sense door and are send to the mind for production. Once the received information from the sense door, it will begin to fabricate and form an image in the mind. As the image are formed the conciousness as receive begin to send it to the body where feeling start to manifest. This feeling begin to synchronised with the mind at very high intensity. In this way the mind and body coordinate with each other until such time the fabrication become so strong and vedana also same become very strong and the body goes into action. Thus a complete action has been carried out by the fabrication of the mind and the cooperation of the vedana. In this way these sense door, and the external object, with the body and mind begin to fabricate and get us involved into their fabrication thus unknownly these vedana and mind fabrication if unknow are the cause of "I' to become exist.
So vipasanna is to be practice and to see these action and mind fabrication and to finally come to understand the true meaning of nonself.
Vipasanna involved in bringing the mind to follow our outbreath and inbreath until such time the mind begins to become calm and upon the mind become calm, the mind will let you see the true characteristics of how these mental fabriction works and thus cause sufferrings.

The 4 noble truth the complete teaching of Lord Buddha.
The complete understanding of these 4 noble truth leads one to nibanna.
The Buddha tell you to practice vipasanna meditation and experience the 4 noble truth clearly and you can become ariya or Sotopana.
How to become a Sotopanna?
You will need to have calm mind or samadhi to get into the 4 foundation of mind, body, feeling, perception or mental formation.
You will only get into samadhi or calm states of mind only when you are able to constantly follow the meditation object. I am a sotopana and i am able to enter samadhi easily. It is not magic. You will really need to be able to flow with your inbreath and out breath projected to your abdominal rising and falling. I have experiment this when i follow the breath constantly, my mind begin to show me the 4 foundation of mindfulness. I then purposely stop focus and stop to follow the meditation object, imediately the samadhi also disappear. And when i begin to really follow the breath again, samadhi return and i begin to see the 4 foundation of body again feelings, perception, mental formation arises.
As one continue with calm and flowing with the meditation object you will one day enter ceesation of mind once your practice are perfectly free from greed, hatred, delusion. As you ongoing practice your vipasanna meditation only then you will one day enter the stream. Do you know why? It is because as you have already reach the 4 foundation, the mind is continuingly ongoing removing greed, hatred, delusion inside your mind.
Until such time it is really perfectly clean from greed, hatred, delusion, then suddenly you will experience ceesation of your concious where you become cut off from this existence and as you enter magga and palla. You are now a sotopanna.
You have finally come to experience the last noble truth where the mind ceases you enter the streams.Mind do not exist anymore when you experience nibanna.

The Lord praise those who practice the satipathana meditation but today monk tell you to listen and read more suttas. That was not the way and instruction of the BUDDHA that by knowing plentiful of sutta and dhamma still enlightment are not reacheable. And then again the confusion of jhanna speculating out in the arena are another problem to the listener as well as for the dhamma speaker. Seemingly thinking there are wonder in attaining jhana monk speculating on jhanna are like showing his abilities and making jhanna seem like and idol or somethings importance or supreme and yet it does not leads you directly to nibanna. We are not intereted in all these scriptures and stories and fantacies of jhanna. Just remember the BUDDHA first and last instruction is to be deligently and directly gets into practice the satipathana meditation that bring about immediate knowledge that leads you to confident in the vipasanna mind purification and to come to directly sees the 4 noble truth that tells everything about the beginning and the final ends to all sufferrings. You will then come to real experience of Ceesation of mind and that important moment are the sever of samsara existence and your attainment are clearly known by you.
The way to nibanna are understood by you and all your past evil karma are destroyed. Upon your presant existence expired you are assure of plesant birth and no worries of birth in 4 lower realm. It is to know what to do in vipassnna meditation and how to do it and how to see progress while doing it. While walking into the stream to become Ariya with confident.

23:25 dying is a mental pain
Once one practice mindfulness these 3 things begin to fade away.
Greed, hatred, delusion
Next these 3 things begins to show up.
Aniccha, dukkha, anatha
As one goes on continueing practice vipasanna further into the path, the first noble truths gets clearer and clearer. You will begin to experience dukkha in being mindful as you observed this physical body of yours.
You begin to realize two things while you are progressing in your vipasanna practice.
You experience all kinds of dukkha mentally and physically. Also you will also experience sukha as well.
In this way you begin to experience the first truth and the second truth simultaneously.
As you continue experiencing these 2 truth, the 3rd truth begin to be realised as you experience, samadhi, jhanna, upeka.
With this three truth has been experience, faith begin to grow in the teaching of LORD BUDDHA.
One upon settling and agreed with the 1st,2nd,3rd truth, the 8 noble path where the 6th,7th,8th truth become established. They are right effort, right mindfulness, right concentration.
One will determine to strive onto the path to realise the last truth. Ends of sufferrings.
A sotopana who has experience the last truth while on vipasanna meditation experience the sitting meditation momentarily went into mindfulness being cut off, similarly like a computer monitor being power off. This moment of vipasanna sitting meditation when one experience end of suffering is like the mind being switch off. At that moment one is experiencing end of sufferring (magga) and once into magga, the conciousness of existence vanished. Upon palla one experience of unconcious mind returns and still upon palla one still do not know as one is in extreme pleasure seeing vibration on the whole physical body accompany with peace,clear and calm state of mind.
These pleasures stay on by it self until it gradually subside and disappear and replace by only very clear and calm mind so tame that mindfulness seem to be easy to practice.And one will notice the experience bring about the meditative sitting posture are straight like in samadhi and the mind is bright and clear and meditative contemplation on the breath is easy.
In this state of mind suddenly one begin to remember the cessation moment in the sitting meditation.
Here i will not emphasised further as you will one day when experience it you will know by yourself.
