    Quebec City. I stopped drinking alcohol because I was having gout issues, and the difference is night and day. It's been over six months and I've had no relapse, just no more pain and much less swelling. I'm glad and not surprised it's also great for prostate health. I'll soon be turning 54.

    Love that you’re talking about daily habits instead of just pills and surgeries. But as a urologist, I’m really curious which 5 made your final cut.
    Are we talking the usual ‘lose weight, move more, eat better’… or did you actually include the uncomfortable ones men over 60 hate to hear about - like how they sit, how often they pee, or what they do at night before bed?
    If your list really protects long-term prostate health and not just PSA numbers on paper… that’s worth a closer look.”🙁
