Are we talking the usual ‘lose weight, move more, eat better’… or did you actually include the uncomfortable ones men over 60 hate to hear about - like how they sit, how often they pee, or what they do at night before bed?
If your list really protects long-term prostate health and not just PSA numbers on paper… that’s worth a closer look.”🙁
