It's not DJ Aqeel. The rapper is Lakshmi Narasimha Vijaya Rajagopala Sheshadri Sharma Rajesh Raman aka Blaaze. He's a famous Tamil rapper. That's why there was a big 'B' chain hanging on his neck, signifying his stage name.
DJ Aqeel is the music producer and the one who remixed this masterpiece and made it immemorial for the 90s kids.
