Hallo, danke für das Feedback. Die Abstandsdreiecke sind Teil des Duschwannenablaufs. Die jeweiligen Nummern für diese Rohbausets sind unterschiedlich, da es verschiedene Rohrdurchmesser und Duschflächengrössen gibt. In unserem Online-Katalog sind alle Artikel zu Setaplano zu finden.

The Setaplano frame is installed onto the concrete floor-base and depending on finished floor-height it can be adjusted accordingly. You should see it in the movie. Your WC should be installed based on your finished floor-height between 0 and 20cm.
not only that, but there was no slope for drainage, the shower pan was set completely level, which is technically a no no, if you want to properly drain the water and not get it all over the rest of your bathroom.

Is there a kit that the drain doesn't drain into the wall but stubs out from the foundation ( Flooring) like 99% of drains do. So you don't have to add 4" of concrete to raise the flooring.

The glue you can see in our video is a material chosen by the tiler. We only deliver the pre-installed waterproofing foil, not the glue for it. Please ask a local tiler which glue you should choose.

Wie wird das Gefälle berücksichtigt? Oder sind die Platten, die man benutzt um das Gestell auf den Meterriss zu justieren, schon zugeschnitten ? Sprich eine Platte mit 4 cm eine mit 2 cm? Oder wie soll das ( Wasser ) Ablaufen ?
Die Setaplano Duschfläche hat ein eingearbeitetes Gefälle zum Ablauf hin. Die Duschfläche wird auf einen Installationsrahmen montiert, welcher waagerecht ausgerichtet werden muss.
I worked as a plumber in Switzerland in the late 80s and 90s and Geberit being a Swiss company, I was exposed to many of their products. I even went and toured their plant during my Plumbing apprenticeship. They make very neat products even weldable PE pipes. We put many of their products straight into the concrete. You want to have a nice modern look, such as this shower you going to have to trust a reputable company and a reputable installer. Shit happens all the time all over but from my experience working with Geberit products, you have to really mess it up to make them leak.

I'm used to fittings trays on to screed or leaving a section out around waste pipe and fill at a later stage. In both cases I can put my hand or paper towel under trap while running water on to tray. I will admit I do like this system as opposed to tiled wet room,.
Спецсредствами стекло моется на раз. Плитка это прошлый век по многим причинам... Единственный минус в этой конструкции это пустота под поддоном. При эксплуатации он будет бубонеть как барабан ). Я бы чем то проложил типа пенопласта и пены. Ну и конечно же цена.

No support whatsoever under the centre part of the tray, will crack in time if it’s stone resin. Used geberit raised toilet and basin frames which are good but this in my opinion is flawed
Setaplano shower surface is checked by our R&D and testing team intensively. So we are confident it's a very stable and reliable solution. If you have experienced cracks etc, please let us know so we can improve our product.
Geberit As I said it’s just an opinion, no actual experience of this happening. Would have thought some fabrication towards the central area would have been logical and easily implemented in order to avoid any possible flexing if not an eventual failure the worst case. Just my personal opinion. Thank you for your response.
We do understand your concerns. FYI, we test these kind of products with several scenarios. One is a test having a static load of 300kg in the midth for a week to see if there is a deformation. We also run impact tests with iron balls. This is why we are confident it works. :-)
Geberit I think you’re missing the point. Understood your tests and your product, however your tests have not been conducted with all the different types of trays that are available on the market the types for which your product is designed. My own view is I’m of the view some trays may fail with your product. Anyway I could be wrong you may never have any complaints about this product in which case best of luck.
Such tests are usually carried out with our products - here the installation frame in combination with the shower surface Setaplano. The frame is part of Setaplano and is not intended to be combined with other trays.
