Coconut, Almond, and Blueberry Cake from Yotam Ottolenghi’s baking book, “Sweet”

Recipe can be found in the baking book “Sweet” by Yotam Ottolenghi.
The issues I had with this bake were my own fault. I used an 8” cake pan instead of a 9” as the recipe calls for, and I misjudged the bake time. I made this cake once before using the correct pan size, and it baked perfectly! But even with the issues I had in this video, the end result was absolutely delicious!
