The land owner of this two village leaders are very clean and clear ,govt must start construction of road at one go.They don't even claim claim the land compensation.
State government must immediately start the work when villagers are ready for development. Government must not lie especially T. R zeliang. Public will take action.

Compensation is a Compensation whether building or plantation. This is why in most cases development actvities are difficult especially in our state. Few years back, during the construction of AT road(tuli-mokokchung) highway, many plantation crops/trees (arecanut,rubber, tea, coffee, etc) were destroyed or damaged but our 2 village didn't demand any compensation from the contractor. Only 5 house owner were compensated. That is why now we have one of the best road in Nagaland.

Some people need to personally visit the constituency and home district of TR Zeliang. Road os not existent in Tening AC. Speaking as someone who have been travelling every district, nook and corner of nagaland multiple times since 2007.
We should never ever give our land to the govt free for roads or any construction. The village leaders and govt will always try to fool you by saying it's for development for all but they will fool you and eat the compassion by themselves
