I got drunk and passed out last night so I didn't get to play WoW last night. I'm sitting here at work listening to this and I'm getting cold chills from the epicness of the song.
sometimes, i used to jus sit and listen to this song at the log in screen... i loved it so much. i wish they would add a feature to let you choose which log in screen to display, and which songs would play. i would go wrath all the way.

The violin portion made me hear what sorrow to anger is really all about, probably what arthas/blood elves feel at somepoint during the course of history.

The absolute pinnacle of wow history was made in wotlk. It was a mad time as a gamer back then. Imagine logging on in a world with more people than your own country. Best part starts at 6 minutes in, the trumpets man!
6 years ago...long time dude, i loved these days! Such an amazing atmosphere and one of the moste epic end-battles in the history of games! I can proudly say: i don't regret a second of time spending in this game!

There's a Finnish saying "Leave something behind, and you will find it further down the road." Sometimes that thing is good. We'll be hearing this theme soon enough on Classic... 🙂
That... and I cant agree with cataclysm.. The pre-patch was horrible, the whole thing was depressing going to your favorite original locations seeing them butchered by the nonsense made-up illogical lore they introduced in cata. In my eyes they desecrated everything they were building from 2004-5 and since then even the gameplay started to suck.. Cata is where they stepped it up introducing new stupid systems and really started to do some re-designs and changes just for the sake of changes.. making it seem like its something new and interesting for new folks not caring about their concurrent players who just wanted new zones, few new abilities and just have fun.. Cata is the turning point where WoW turned from passion to a product, and who else is responsible for that other than activision, you cant really perform well being under pressure from other companies and investors who all they care about is money and dont take lower annual revenues very lightly at all
7 people have NEVER lived, WOTLK was the best xpack listning to this makes me miss the old days in dragon blight and when icc came out and just when i loged in and when i herd this i started to download a private server cus i miss it so much wish they ended on that idc but it was AMAZING miss dk they changed all of wow changed
