B Dot and Loso are both immensely talented lyrically. I like that they showed sportsmanship and a high level of respect for each other at the end, even though they believe in different things. It didn't resort to physical violence or anything like that. The battle was strictly lyrical. In the ring, on the stage (battle rap is a sport), on the court, on the turf (or wherever a specific sports event takes place), there are no friends. In real life, you can be the best of friends. This battle goes to show that two people who have differing beliefs from each other can still demonstrate so much respect for each other at the same time.

Bdot was, by far, the fiercest competition I've seen Los face. It looked bad for a minute but Los is The King of this realm. Why? Consistency. Not that he can't lose, but, rather he won't lose. Wordplay. Multis, cadence, conviction, education, and realism. Loso won this over because he gathers the crowd around him. Not saying the bdot didn't. But there's a charisma that draws people to you. 1st watch I'm giving it to Loso slight edge. Trying not to be biased because my belief system aligns with B Dot. So here is why I think B Dot lost. 1) B Dot needs to work on defense and switching up his style a bit more. He left himself open to Loso attacking Pan Afrikanism, he shakes his head like Loso is wrong, which he is, but he can't rebuttal and he never clarifies his points. Exp Loso is the third person who bought up Polygamy and black women being queens, he addresses it but doesn't go anywhere with it. 2) He still sounds way too much like Lux. I get it, but at this point he should start developing his own rhyming pattern and cadence. 3) Loso had almost perfected his craft. Strip away religion vs Kemetic science, Loso was just a tad bit more consistent, had bars, set ups, light on the angles but they worked, flow and delivery was on point too. Wordplay. Multis, cadence, conviction, education, and realism. Loso won this over because he gathers the crowd around him. Not saying the bdot didn't. But there's a charisma that draws people to you. 1st watch I'm giving it to Loso slight edge. Trying not to be biased because my belief system aligns with B Dot. So here is why I think B Dot lost.
1) B Dot needs to work on defense and switching up his style a bit more. He left himself open to Loso attacking Pan Afrikanism, he shakes his head like Loso is wrong, which he is, but he can't rebuttal and he never clarifies his points. Exp Loso is the third person who bought up Polygamy and black women being queens, he addresses it but doesn't go anywhere with it.
2) He still sounds way too much like Lux. I get it, but at this point he should start developing his own rhyming pattern and cadence.
3) Loso had almost perfected his craft. Strip away religion vs Kemetic science, Loso was just a tad bit more consistent, had bars, set ups, light on the angles but they worked, flow and delivery was on point too. Loso just had a slightly better night than Dot
