Hi buddy. Is the tinted visor that comes with quite a dark tint (as in you can't see your face) or is it a light tint ?. I like to hide my ugly mug you see 😅. Many thanks 🤜🤛
Looking in to getting this one right now. What did your head measure to? Mines 23.5 inches and recommends M/L. Not sure if I should go with their recommendation or not. Thanks! Also great video!!
Nice! I went for the Outrun version (delivery in July though :( ), also sad they didn't make a Cinco de Madness version for the 4.0. I freaking love those crazy colors. :D
@@AutoPod Yeah, they certainly ain't cheap. I'm buying a new one because my Medium 3.0 starts hurting if I take longer trips. When I get the new one it will be used for smaller rides and for my girlfriend to use.
@@AutoPodthanks for the reply! that's good to know ! How was the sizing for you fit wise ? I've gone for L/XL as I was right on the limit of the M/L and some reviews I found suggested they were a bit on the smaller side !
I’ve had a look and it doesn’t appear to come off/out, if you email ruroc the customer service team is great they will be able to answer better than I can I would think it does because of the Bluetooth system you can fit into the lid
@@AutoPod Not the part for the bluetooth, the part right on the back of the head, I guess it's called the "Spoiler". I'd want to switch that out to a different color or clear.
@@Elevated805 good, I ordered the 4.0 liquid carbon and all I can say is the quality was the same as a £50 helmet that I have. Padding was poor, the finish was not great and the seal around the neck came off as soon as I tried it on. Sending it back as we speak. Got a HJC APHR 11 carbon for £150 less and it’s an amazing difference!
I recently ordered the exact same helmet in the same size. Super excited waiting for it to get here all the way in Hawaii. Please do an update once you get it a little broken in. Would like to get every detail if possible. Great video! Aloha 🤙🏽

The quality of these helmets are not worth 475£. I ordered the same helmet and the seal around the neck came off when trying on. And the quality over all was crap. I got a HjC Aphr 11 carbon for 150£ less and the quality is amazing compared.
@@AutoPod for 475£ should be a lot better, from cheek pads to the finish. The look is like no other but overall not worth it. And customer service was shocking.

I went with the recommended size and they are actually pretty good I was thinking it would be bad but fits by fat noggin just fine haha

This is my first ruroc but I love the feel of it… I was abit put off by the price if I’m honest but well worth it

Got my helmet in today. Set the shockwave up. Fits really tight on the cheeks. Did yours, and did it break in well? Have not rode with it yet.
