Map is too big even for 150 players and the worst part is you wait all that time just to get instantly evaporated by a kid sitting in the corner of a random building that has near-aimbot because the devs thought bad players needed extra aim assist on top of their aim assist.

My friend and I couldn't stop cracking up because he sounded like SpongeBob playing Warzone with his pet snail... 😅😅
You need to update your Nvidia drivers to the most recent 526.98. If youre on that then roll back to 526.86. We had to roll back the day 1 "Game Ready" drivers to a patch prior to game release because it was causing that tearing and instability issues. I would also raise your Ram Allocation to 85% if you can afford to depending on applications running. You seem kind of laggy as well; so maybe running as admin could help the priority.
The looting system is such a step backwards, Sometimes even the death containers block out buy stations because you prioritize the bags before the stations xD
I like to think that proximity chat adds a nice charm to the experience. Had a chat with another squad for a brief minute while they were reaming our team. They apparently were not aware there was proximity chat because when I answered a question they asked they got extremely confused. Pretty funny and I wished them luck just prior to my execution.

It's the graphics drivers, not the game. For some reason all NVidia drivers aftwr 522.25 don't play well with MW2
