I watched Bigg Boss 17 mainly because of Ankita. I was surprised when Vicky got evicted, and I didn't understand why Arun became a top finalist. My interest in the show declined after Ankita left. To be honest, I stopped watching Bigg Boss after season 7 due to the clear bias from various angles.
By the time I reached Bigg Boss 17, the bias had increased tenfold. For instance, Vicky was unfairly treated by Bigg Boss. The show even split contestants into groups, like Team A with Mannara, Munnawar, Abhishek, and Arun, and they eventually became finalists. There were many more instances of bias.
People claimed that the media's portrayal of Ankita was a whitewash, but in reality, two wildcard entries played a significant role in determining the top 2 contestants. So, you can see where the real bias was happening and for whom Bigg Boss 17 was set up as whitewash. I believe that the bias in the show became more evident after the early seasons, around season 3 or 4.

I believe Ankita faced unjust judgment from both her own fans and others. She was criticized for her marriage to a wealthy man and unfairly accused of being jealous or insecure. It's ironic that some of these same people praised individuals involved in infidelity or disrespectful behavior towards women.
Ankita also faced scrutiny for discussing Sushant. However, who better to speak about Sushant than someone who spent seven years with him? Those pointing fingers at her for using Sushant's name are often the same ones capitalizing on his name by creating RUclips videos and more. Sushant's fans, who started supporting him after his passing, shouldn't criticize Ankita, especially when she was one of the first to support him and voice doubts about his alleged depression or suicide. Not many in the TV/film industry support their exes, and Ankita's actions should be appreciated.
