But no mater what cut or how I try to give it to her she'll ignore bone parts, might chomp once and then drops it and doesn't eat it or chew enough to get any benefits. I've had to grind the bones or mix powders into ground meats to get her proper calcium. But I want to be doing more for her dental health too. She'll chomp on me fine and even tough meat just wont to bone even lets me look at her teeth until shes annoyed. My kitty is raw food since his birth + homemade formula and yogurt but I believe that not all breeds can eat this kind of meats and especially, if you add fish too.
I have two medium hair cats that have part maine coon in them. They have always eaten kibble or can food but I really want to transition to raw. Do I not put all the meats together?
Love this video! I would want to ask a question about my cat’s diet. My cat eats pre-made raw but i have noticed that her poop has white spots and is too hard. The food has too much calcium but I’m not really able to feed homemade raw. Should i add more muscle meats to her food or what should i add instead to decrease the amount of calcium ? Thanks!
yes Calcium causes constipation! you must add enzymes to the diet, lots of moisture- bone broth, pumpkin, add a little fiber to the diet such as flaxseeds/psyllium husk and also coconut oil works really great to soften the stool😉 @@tinacampbell8539
After an allergic reaction to kibble in one of our cats, we have switched to a raw diet. So I am very thankful for your video! I have downloaded you cheat sheet, but find it very confusing. The recipe you make in this video, is that a days worth or a meal's worth of food?
This seems really great, but once again, the issue is cost. I have 6 cats, all of them are rescues. The cost for a months worth of normal cat food would only be around £130 for all 6 of them, whereas feeding them on this diet comes to a total of £591! I simply can't afford that
hello i have a question! hope you answer this (so i boil my cats food and want to switch to steaming then slowly go raw , as its a lil hard for me to go suddenly as its hard to find some of these parts in my area) so the steamer tray has holes right ? so while steaming the beef all of the juice drips from the holes and is wasted in the water , so my question is "can i use that water as broth ? as it contains most of the juice of whatever i steam or it would be not a good idea to do so and make my broth separately, please guide 💜🌸
whole raw eggs have so much nutrients! high in protein, vitamins: a, b12, d , e, iron, zinc, selenium, omega 3 + 6 = fatty acids for healthy skin and coat, natural enzyme for digestive health. you can also use the eggshells for calcium for the fur baby too. need to boil the egg shells, bake and grind it and sprinkle some in their food.
What about veggies? Does this meet AFFCO recommendations? Or close enough in a week's meal plan? My cat is outdoor/indoor and in obsessed with eating grass (wild cats also eat grasses and other plants).
I'm wondering about that too. Would it even be possible to feed your cat on whole prey items (if possible and available) for the rest of their life? Probably right? If the raw meat diet tries to mimic whole prey anyway.
It is possible to feed a cat only on whole prey items - however, it’s expensive. I believe her cheat sheet tells you how much food to give by weight for the animal’s weight and life stage. Young kittens should be fed whenever they are hungry.
You'd have to feed the amount of calories your kitty needs! Or at least the weight your cat needs daily. You can split the whole prey up in multiple feedings though yes.
What is the organ that gives the adequate amount of vitamin E, If one didn't want to use the supplement? Is it brain, I think? I just wanna make sure I'm remembering right, cause I actually have a store near me that happens to sell pork brain! Also, for the fish, could mackerel or anchovies be used instead of sardines? Or are sardines specifically the best option?
i know this is not apart from this vid but i feed my ferret whole prey do i feed them the same thing the whole week and do i feed the same thing till im out?
Thankyou for this. It seems like a lot of food for 1 meal. My cat wouldn't eat all that. How to transition, and what to do for smaller appetites please?
Any recommendations to replace ground beef/ beef liver/kidney ? My one cat is intolerant to beef and always throws up from it. I would like to give ground turkey if possible so if the amount is different and there is a different ratio for the organs I'd like to know. Thanks!
Hello! Greetings! Is this still available? I sent my email address a week ago and still haven't received the cheatsheet. Just wondering if it's still available.

I have 2 cats and one of them is a picky eater so would it be better to blend the ingrediënts of she only eats part of her meal? I dont want her to not the proper nutritions because she skips part of her meal but the other cat also makes it tricky since he eats everything
Hello, thank u. I have a question abt how often I should feed my cats(they're adults), so I started feeding them 4 meals a day (3-4 am, 7-8 am, 3-4 pm, and 10-11 pm) well, but I'm not feeding the same amount each meal. What I do is my cat Bellie needs to eat 100g/day (she's 2.8kg), so I break down the 100g on the 4 meals acc to how long the meals are separated. 3-4 am (16.66g), 7-8 (37.5g), 3-4 pm (25g), and 10-11 (20.83g). So is this right?
@@november0411 thanks for the reply I did blend the first time but it was messy and time consuming. Now I feed the cat pieces because I just thought it would be more natural
can't i just use sunflower oil or olive oil as a vitamin e supplement? also love this vid, but my dog is allergic to chicken so it eliminates a huge amount of what is suggested. how do i work around this?
I purchased some alpaca meat for my cat and thawed it in the fridge (day 1). I mixed in supplements, stored 4 ounces in the fridge, and froze the rest (day 2). Day 3 the meat was turning brown in the fridge. All the raw food videos that I've seen show this beautiful pink or red meat. Does that mean if the meat is starting to turn brown that it's unsafe to feed?
It would be easier if there were any natural reared and raw fed cat breeders. If you know any in the states, please advise. I'm interested in Ragdoll cats.

Can i replace seaweed flakes with spirulina powder? And krill oil instead of vit E oil?
And how do u store the leftover? Freeze them?
How many servings does this recipe make?
My kitty is raw food since his birth + homemade formula and yogurt but I believe that not all breeds can eat this kind of meats and especially, if you add fish too.
yes agreed! it's a pretty hefty plate with different type of proteins all mixed together - not so sure about it.
Keep all your proteins separate. My Cats will not eat Fish mixed with Chicken, or Pork or Beef. It's either one or the other.
I have two medium hair cats that have part maine coon in them. They have always eaten kibble or can food but I really want to transition to raw. Do I not put all the meats together?
Is there any substitute for kelp/seaweed powder? My kitty is allergic to anything green lol
I live in an area where people are so white bread that even chicken livers are not available in all supermarkets.
Can you make and freeze this ahead of time?
Do I split this into different portions throughout the day or use the the same meal model every meal for every different time ?
Love this video!
I would want to ask a question about my cat’s diet. My cat eats pre-made raw but i have noticed that her poop has white spots and is too hard. The food has too much calcium but I’m not really able to feed homemade raw. Should i add more muscle meats to her food or what should i add instead to decrease the amount of calcium ? Thanks!
I'd add some muscle meat and maybe even a little bit of organ meat like kidney, brain, or pancreas to the diet if you can
@@PawsofPrey thank you so much!!
You can also add pumpkin. I use “Kin + Kind Healthy Poops” digestion supplement and my 3 have perfect poops. You can by it online.
yes Calcium causes constipation! you must add enzymes to the diet, lots of moisture- bone broth, pumpkin, add a little fiber to the diet such as flaxseeds/psyllium husk and also coconut oil works really great to soften the stool😉 @@tinacampbell8539
Do NOT buy the pre-made Raw Pet food in the Supermarkets. It's full of very harmful Chemicals that will eventually seriously hurt your Kitty.
After an allergic reaction to kibble in one of our cats, we have switched to a raw diet. So I am very thankful for your video! I have downloaded you cheat sheet, but find it very confusing. The recipe you make in this video, is that a days worth or a meal's worth of food?
Hi loving this, I’m in New Zealand, is this a days food? Or is it one meal of ? 2, 3 thank you
This seems really great, but once again, the issue is cost. I have 6 cats, all of them are rescues. The cost for a months worth of normal cat food would only be around £130 for all 6 of them, whereas feeding them on this diet comes to a total of £591! I simply can't afford that
Should this be blended in a blender? I have 6 cats.
Could I blend this up and freeze it for later?
hello i have a question! hope you answer this (so i boil my cats food and want to switch to steaming then slowly go raw , as its a lil hard for me to go suddenly as its hard to find some of these parts in my area) so the steamer tray has holes right ? so while steaming the beef all of the juice drips from the holes and is wasted in the water , so my question is "can i use that water as broth ? as it contains most of the juice of whatever i steam or it would be not a good idea to do so and make my broth separately, please guide 💜🌸
Hello, struggling to find beef liver, is ox liver an ok replacement
What about whole raw eggs? What nutrients do they cover usually?
whole raw eggs have so much nutrients! high in protein, vitamins: a, b12, d , e, iron, zinc, selenium, omega 3 + 6 = fatty acids for healthy skin and coat, natural enzyme for digestive health. you can also use the eggshells for calcium for the fur baby too. need to boil the egg shells, bake and grind it and sprinkle some in their food.
Yolks only-the whites contain an ingredient that is very harmful....
my cat died at 14 and i blame his diet. i didn't know any better at the time. i wish i could have prepared real food for him
Would this guide also work for ferrets starting out on a raw diet? Thanks !
Google it.
How do you grind and mix this?
What about veggies? Does this meet AFFCO recommendations? Or close enough in a week's meal plan? My cat is outdoor/indoor and in obsessed with eating grass (wild cats also eat grasses and other plants).
Just let them eat the grass
Cats are obligate carnivores, which is why you'll never see one chewing on a carrot.
Can I use ground beef from grocery store?
Like kroger or target? The package ground beef?
How often do you feed fish?
thank you. a loot goodinfo for my as a starter cat row food mom
Shoukdt i worry about neck bones and choking spilnters?
If i am able to feed my kitten whole prey e.g an adult mice, do i only need to feed to him one mice only but split into several meals?
I have a question can this food be freezed and then you just take it out beforehand so it can defrost?
How to mix them then? Or make them soft to eat?
What is the organ that gives the adequate amount of vitamin E, If one didn't want to use the supplement? Is it brain, I think? I just wanna make sure I'm remembering right, cause I actually have a store near me that happens to sell pork brain!
Also, for the fish, could mackerel or anchovies be used instead of sardines? Or are sardines specifically the best option?
i know this is not apart from this vid but i feed my ferret whole prey do i feed them the same thing the whole week and do i feed the same thing till im out?
Great video. Thank you.
Do we grind all of the meat above?
You can if your cat is picky about one or more elements but you don’t need to.
I'd feed it whole if your kitty will eat it, chewing is good for them!
I grind it for them because they will not eat it whole, I wish they would but nope.
Your link to free guide is not working on your website
could you explain what exactly you mean?
Thankyou for this. It seems like a lot of food for 1 meal. My cat wouldn't eat all that. How to transition, and what to do for smaller appetites please?
Do bone broth considered dangerous too as cooking bone?
No as along as you only give them the broth, don’t give them any cooked bone ever
Any recommendations to replace ground beef/ beef liver/kidney ? My one cat is intolerant to beef and always throws up from it. I would like to give ground turkey if possible so if the amount is different and there is a different ratio for the organs I'd like to know. Thanks!
Hi can I feed my 8 wk old kitten a raw diet?
the fact i dont havd mussels & pork at all in my country, ppl do not eat these , so for mussels is there any substitute?
just buy kibble dude
Was this recipe for one day of feeding or one meal?
Is your meal formulator one time fee or monthly please? Thank you
one time fee with free updates :)
@@PawsofPrey thank you.
Can I use frozen sardines instead or canned?
If my kitten is supposed to have 3.2 ounces of all of the food groups. Is it servings to add up to 3.2 in a day or 3.2 of each serving a day?
Hello! Greetings! Is this still available? I sent my email address a week ago and still haven't received the cheatsheet. Just wondering if it's still available.
Hi all, it's been months and I haven't received anything yet. If y'all are interested with homemade cat food, probably you may visit Lucky Ferals, it's helpful and beginner friendly.

Would it be ok to blend all these ingredients?
Cats tear meat into pieces. It's is better for teeth and digestion. For safety I beat chicken necks by a hummer.
@@november0411 thanks for the reply
I did blend the first time but it was messy and time consuming. Now I feed the cat pieces because I just thought it would be more natural
@@LizardK1983 agree.)
can't i just use sunflower oil or olive oil as a vitamin e supplement? also love this vid, but my dog is allergic to chicken so it eliminates a huge amount of what is suggested. how do i work around this?
Is your dog allergic to turkey? And the vitamin E oil is super concentrated versus sunflower/olive oil. Those are my thoughts, but I could be wrong.
@@PhoenixAurelius-138 I want to use turkey but turkey hearts and gizzards aren't so abundant
I decided to feed my cat Cornish game hen...it's closer to something she would be able to kill and eat if she had to. ?
I purchased some alpaca meat for my cat and thawed it in the fridge (day 1). I mixed in supplements, stored 4 ounces in the fridge, and froze the rest (day 2). Day 3 the meat was turning brown in the fridge. All the raw food videos that I've seen show this beautiful pink or red meat. Does that mean if the meat is starting to turn brown that it's unsafe to feed?
Could I feed a kitten this diet??
Thanks ❤
My kittens are still 3months old and weigh around 1,5/2 kilograms would this be appropriate to feed them in a smaller amount?
It would be easier if there were any natural reared and raw fed cat breeders. If you know any in the states, please advise. I'm interested in Ragdoll cats.
Hmu
@@okaycola2 What is HMU?
Do u cook it cus my cat isn't use to raw
The point is to feed it raw because some nutrients are lost if cooked
Is that one meal?
Pork, Safe to feed in Japan?
I’m already feeding my dogs though.
I have a kitten, I want to try to this for him because honestly I’m new to owning a cat and I should’ve educated myself more before i got it. Can they eat all of this everyday and never get tired or sick? I’m really new to this
