PS: I am not supporting Rakesh/Rajesh or any other non tribal. I'm 100% against the alarmingly rising population of non-tribal in Arunachal which should be addressed. Firstly, the rent owners are welcoming all the non tribals outside Arunachal to come and over populate our state because these rent owners prefer non tribal tenants over its own tribal brethrens. Toh indirectly yehi baat ban Raha hai ki rents are really very over priced in Arunachal. Now rent owners ka kehna hai ki woh log Bank loan leke banaya hai isliye wapas krna hota hai. First of all inko Bank loan leke itna bara bara building utane kon bola hai. Aram se apna capacity k hisab se utao. Agar ekbaar mey hi building ko utane ka sok hai toh utao lekin apna loan ka bill k liye rents ko kyu itna over price. Population is increasing . Everybody needs a space for many purposes and the rent owners uska fayda. So, these rent owners are the main problems of AP. They are the main contributors towards the alarmingly rising population of non tribals in our state. I have a list of so many people in my knowledge. But, dukh lagta apna hi aadmi(Arunachalee) hai jisme aapka b koi ho sakta hai. Just preparing and gathering sufficient data to take these rent owners of khusi marji price to the court for a legal battle.
