I think that the garage should have been turned into additional bedrooms for some of the children. At the end of the day, there are EIGHT occupants of a small home and the couple are a long way from it's being a "forever" home.
Jasmine is one of my favorite designers.. so elegant, chic and fresh.

I think they were silly not to move,there is big age gaps and the bigger two kids will have to share with the little ones,

With 300,000 budget , you can easily add square footage , upper story pretty much a whole new house , why use garage only ?
