This ending brought out so many emotions in me. The fact that when asked if he was okay he said "No". You could feel that no.. The honesty brought tears to my eyes, along with them riding together in the end to the end credits.
idk if you ever knew this, but in the English and Spanish translation, the dad says "is everything good?/todo bien?", but actually in Dutch the dad simply asks "How are you, Sieg." so the fact that he responded with "No" has a weird but special impact :) almost like he wasn't even answering his dad, but Sieger was saying "No" to his insecurities about his feelings for Marc ❤

I like to think that Sieger eventually just came out to brother and dad. There is no doubt in my mind that both of them would've been nothing but loving after having lost their wife/mom. Eddy especially, despite being rebellious, would've had a sense of being protective of his brother and apologized to Marc after their little confrontation because he sees how happy Sieger is with Marc :)
I don't know why, but that final scene with them on the motocycle combined with that song kinda gives me a weird feeling, it's like there's something missing in my life, like there's a blank space that needs to be filled, but I dont how to. I hate and love that feeling at the same time.

Just realized after watching (and becoming obsessed with) Heartstopper that there is a reason why this is my favorite LGBT film. It's innocent and not sexualized. There isn't some sort of gay tragedy (besides the overused Dutch film trope of the main character having a dead parent but that's not a gay tragedy). This is just about a boy who falls in love and has an identity crisis, and it was so refreshing compared to everything else offered at the time.
