G'Day Troop, back at it again with our final instalment of our trip to Cape York.. What can I say, we can't seem to shake the run of bad luck, but we pushed past it and finally get to the tiny little sign at the top of main land Australia.

Yea we were pretty gutted, but it happened and you still have to deal with it either way so head down bum up and keep pushing forward 😊
Congrats guys well done i have a Brass Monkey fridge I'm on my 3rd no trouble with change over at Jaycar this one is going fine 6 months old so far great episode
Thanks mate. Yea 100 agree Jaycar have no issue swapping them over or giving your money back. We were a bit disappointed as we lost alot of food because the compressor failed though.. 😪

Yea... that moment we were both gutted.. but we can look back on it now and have a bit of a laugh.

Just discovered your channel and loving what we’ve seen so far. It’s funny I put this episode on as we just got back from a weekend away bring our 4th trip in our van and we flooded our van during set up (didn’t check tap was still off after the drive!). It wasn’t anywhere near as bad as yours but wish I had been as composed as you 2 were! Looks like a great but challenging trip up the top there. Looking forward to discovering more of your adventures!
😁thanks Rachel. We have heard quite a few stories of it happening, so we didn't feel too bad about it, we just put it down as another learning experience 😅 Cape is a cracker of a trip with plenty of highs (and lows🫠).

What time of the year did you guys head up there?
Hey mate 👋, we left Cook Town mid August and spent 3 weeks to get to the tip and a week at Loyalty campground .. you looking to do do run up??

Yea cool mate, we were pretty late in the season to head up but it was super dry. Totally different animal in the rain up there.
@Lost Tribe Adventures yeah I've never been... got annual leave from work then so we'll see how we go. Been on the bucket list for a while, but she's a long way from Melbourne!
Oh Shit, massive leg from Melbourne mate 😳 totally worth doing though. Awesome experience, we want to do it again before they turn it into another highway 😶
