Honestly so far I have not done this for any of my clients. So not sure how will this work. Because as per my experience, if we keep removable cups then, the shape of the blouse will not be that great. That's why I have not done this for my clients so far.
Instead my suggestion would be to have loops made at the lower back of the blouse and insert the bra straps inside those loops. Also, if you do this , then wear a bra with thin straps so that it easily gets into the loops and not seen at all at the back.
