My local fish shop being from belper, and I couldn't personally select any other shop that I've been to around the whole of UK that Is better or I'd rather have as my local fish shop.
Very well said J, and I would have to agree. I've travelled to many of the known pet stores and have to say Wharf Aquatics go above and beyond on every level.
It's a slightly longer drive to get to for me, but one I enjoy taking every once in a while.

@@FrankiesUploads they have the cleanest tanks, the best knowledge and staff members, best prices and best variety around, I've visited for example jungle which I do like, but they aren't close in terms of quality to pinxton aka wharf aquatics, thought I must admit I was very impressed with their cold water selection and shall go down at some point this week to make a few purchases, I'll definitely be going to wharf for the special event as I did last year and I got some great deals.
@@jhaych I absolutely agree, they just seem to go above and beyond each and every time I pay them a visit. I so also rather like Jungle, haven't been there in a little while, so will call again soon.
Wharf have gone from strength to strength, and I'm very pleased they are now focused on aquatics alone, I feel it's better fitted in my opinion.

@@FrankiesUploads I am personally unsure unfortunately on the whole fish and reptile situation as I have a bearded dragon and I used to take him there when I was on holiday so they'd look after him for me, that's the downfall for me and they had such an amazing variety, but you're right as clearly it wasn't paying off for them, I love how the wharf staff treat customers as well, as they treat my girlfriend the exact same as they do me and she's only just began her fish keeping hobby/journey. And yes that would be great I certainly would as I'm a big fan of you and your content
@@jhaych Yeah, I can see why that would benefit you in regards to boarding for your beardie. I was very impressed, and hoped they'd so something like they have with the reptile room.

I did however pick up a mahOOSIVE sack of a fine sand for my axolotl tanks, which looks great! 😁👍🐡💙🌟🌈
