So helpful! From the beginning to the end. You had me when you said not to park in the driveway as a woman so you're not blocked in. Never even thought about that. Thank you!
Please continue to share! I learned a lot from you in this short video. I have to show a home tomorrow and will most definitely incorporate what I've learned.
I did a walk-through where I wad doing all the talking, like look how beautiful the view is, look at how used the bathroom, beautiful living room, check out the backyard. Maybe later on you can add a pool, and I feel like I didn’t do a good job :( I like the way you are showing the house. Thank you for your effort.
Thank you for your effort! I find this video very helpful, really like your advice to ask questions like "when you wake up in the morning, would that be the view you enjoy?".
This is a great video thank you. I’m a new agent only 1 week in but with a new home builder, already leading people by myself for house tours. When asking questions for every room such as “ could you see yourself “ etc, do you find these questions could bring redundancy with consistently asking the same question or do you find with variations in wording it helps disguise that its the same question but to help spark emotion in the client?
Do we need to know what the cabinets are made of? What are the countertops are made of? I mean it sounds like you gotta be a contractor as you don’t know all these things.
@@GlamJouJou yea it’s important you do because these things could affect the value of the property. It also shows you know what you’re talking about to clients :)
