Therapy is good, in addition to that, a relationship with Jesus helps but a lot of things into perspective. Who better to explain why you do what you than the one who made you? Talk to him like you talk to us and make it a point to grow in understanding of the Word of God. That’s how the relationship is fostered. God bless you!
I'm almost 50 and still learning me. I started therapy a few months ago and it's a game changer.
I FEEL YOU GURLLLL!!!! It is a journey and it's not easy. I'm in that stage of my life where I'm finding myself as well, and it is definitely easier said than done. I resonate SO MUCH with running every little or big decision by everyone in my life. It feels like I was giving my power away, so now I’m working on reclaiming it and doing what I WANT.
I need to start that. It’s like I don’t want to make the wrong decision, and I’m 30. I know due a fact if I had not listened to others I would be further.

I just turned 23 this year and that’s exactly how I’ve been feeling with the people pleasing and running decisions by everyone especially when you’re younger and trying to navigate your life and everything around it. I started therapy seriously the beginning of this year. But I feel that with identifying the issues but not knowing the steps to changing but I’m working on it ! Rooting for you girl. Stella is so gorgeous

I loved this style of video. I can definitely relate to not feeling confident in making your own decisions and asking others about what they think. Especially being a content creator you just want to make sure you’re putting out the right thing into the universe. I hope you find out what you want to do next.

I love this video. I'm learning about who I am the more I watch this even though I already know who I am. I am a Christian introvert, author, college graduate, minister, teacher, mother, wife, Christian model, and I am still thinking about going for a master's degree at DePaul University soon. I graduated from Columbia Chicago and it was fun but I didn't really know who I was until I decided to continue my education at Columbia or DePaul. If I continue school, my major will be Computer Science or Computer Animation because I love computers a lot.
Turning 40 and still touching the surface of knowing myself. Glad you realize at the age you are at, working on it before you get older.

I'm 43 and I just figured this out in my 30s. Who I am, what I want, and not caring what other's think. My husband helped me a lot to figure this stuff out. He is 7 years older than me and we got married when I was 25 and he was 32. I had a lot of growing to do and I'm still growing and learning. You will get there sweetie.
I love your hair!! My hair is more loose, wavy, and dry af🤣🤣 so it's always in a ponytail or under a hat🤷🏽♀️

You’re similar to one of my sisters she’s incredibly bright and intelligent, hilarious and she’s very loving but incredibly codependent on others validation and opinions . I constantly try to get her to be herself and trust her own intuition . I think it’s because she’s the middle child and she was also the golden child , so she always tried very hard to seek validation and she was overly sheltered and guided by my parents so she probably doesn’t trust herself to make a decision on her own .

I don’t know if you’re into astrology but we have the same birthday & I am the same way in regard to indecisiveness, people pleasing, and feeling bad. Found out recently that it’s due to my Moon in Libra influence. Look it up if you’re interested. Ditto, this whole video! Also, what was your process for finding the therapists? I keep saying the same but also feel like I won’t have anything to talk about?? lmao… see, Indecisive!
