Wings are for making a sauce or jus. The bones have more flavor value than the scraps of stringy meat. I didn't understand that American savory biscuit, it was too dry, they could make a savory biscuit with minced meat and a slightly spicy cheese sauce, the dough recipe should be the same dough as the Portuguese pie but in a flatter and smaller volume and format, because we said in savory biscuits and not pies. Korean chicken seems to be a reinterpretation of American chicken, it would be more delicious in rosé sauce, the color of Korean chicken is very beautiful, the Korean cheese cake made from rice seems to me to be a national invention of theirs, just like the Koreans have rice in their dough. You can add corn, peas, crushed nuts and chopped olives with the cheese, this combination is fatal and invincible, the Korean dumpling immediately becomes an export product, it is another level above, another taste and flavor.
