Could probably forgot relentless on armour since you have the 300 dex passive. Wouldnt bother with omni until season 4 either since its bugged. But chuck it on rapier and can use serenity

I dont value Serenity i rather have 15% more dmg on my spells/light from Finisher passiv. Relentless perk would be for slows since i have armor space anyway it doesnt hurt to chunk it in. Thx for the feedback still !
