Whos knows. Its always something stupid. More and more music being taken off spotify lately. Its stupid because its like the artist or album never existed. @ethanbarlow6479
The White Stripes and the Black Keys are rock blues bands that are/were topping the charts. Who would have thought Blues would capture todays audiences?
I dont know I'v been a fan since about 2009, I think now that Frank has left you see who the real fans are who stick by them. I think Wades doing a great job.
I agree with you 36hunters. Gallows in 2008 signed a £1 million contract with Warner to record and release Grey Britain. Each member got £200,000 from that record alone not counting merchandise sales and live shows. A live show can make the band between £10,000 and £30,000 a night, sure this is split between the 5 of them and their manager but it's still coming to thousands of pounds a show.. They are living mighty comfortable.
I will say im impressed with this song....I truly hope others have this sortta clean vocal style mixed with the screaming vocals or yell style to them .
dude i agree. i mean, Frank had his place and i love OoW. but this feels like a totally new band. plus Wade rips it on old songs like London is the Reason.. Gallows definitely needed this kick. the new album has been on repeat since monday.
I like Wade, because I liked Alexisonfire... and they were mindblowing at Reading with Wade. Saw Frank with Pure Love and he seemed happy, he's happier with Pure Love. I love both bands. :3
this song is major improvement from the Death is Birth EP, can't wait to hear the full album. The heroine is the video reminds me of Salander from The Girl with Dragon Tattoo, anyone else see the resembalance?
this record and Sexual Harrassment by Turbonegro haven't stopped for me. Two awesome bands given a shot in the arm with fresh blood IMO. It's hard replacing frontmen, especially for bands with such strong fanbases, but I personally think Wade and the Duke are absolutely killing it.
I know, but what I meant was that the soft vocals along crunchy and rythmic riffs , for me, don't get as great as if they were harsh vocals. Riverbed, The Vulture or Six years are downtempo songs with a more intimistic meaning and sensitivity in the whole instrumentation, that's why the clean vocals fit so well there.
That is true, but the main point of me responding to you was to say that Gallows for sure isn't rolling in the big bucks by any means so I can't see how that would be something that would factor into them changing their sound. Whether you like new Gallows or not, I don't think money had anything to do with them changing their sound haha.
I believe that wade change the face of gallows, with his passion, energy and fucking brilliant ideas that he has imparted to this band. People keep saying gallows is nothing without frank, Well he is gone now doing his own thing which i also admire about frank, but for now,Gallows would not be a massive punk band without wade!
I dont think that hate directed at Wade was in any way about his talent or sound, Its more about what the Gallows stood for and how adding him spat in the face of it. Gallows' big 'thing' was being as British/English as you can be, all the words, themes, even visuals, then they hire a Canadian front man to sing about British culture. That and Frank being a small angry under dog full of aggression is far easier for people to relate to than the massive beast of a dude Wade is.
Wish this album was back on spotify
wait why was it removed
Whos knows. Its always something stupid. More and more music being taken off spotify lately. Its stupid because its like the artist or album never existed. @ethanbarlow6479
This is why I don’t have Spotify
this is one of Gallows best tracks yet, taking into account old and new.
The White Stripes and the Black Keys are rock blues bands that are/were topping the charts. Who would have thought Blues would capture todays audiences?
Fucking Gallows!!! Never disappointed!! Oi!!!!!!!! 2024 baby and your flag still flys in my house!
The voice of Wade and the chorus are awesome!!!
Congratulations!
Blast from the past man mad one alright 😆
Loved the old gallows for what it was, and I love this for what it is. I don't pit them against each other, because they're both great
Saw them live at leeds fest one of the best performances I've ever seen! Amazing
My respect was been won back.. this song is perfect.
can't find the words to describe how much i love this song!
Saw them last Saturday at the underworld and they were AMAZING. Nice to see some good comments they certainly deserve them!!!!!!
They sure do!
Real music for once.
Discovered this song 3 days ago, raped the replay button just to get that first minute over and over again
so great!
i didn't really like true colours but gallows new sound is starting to grow on me
Wade has a great voice. _Crisis_ was his "coming out party". He was phenomenal on that album
loving Gallows right now Wade's taken this band to new heights
After hearing Last June, and now this. The new album is going to be SO good.
Imagine if Black Flag were told to change their name after each new vocalist...
Imagine if Black Flag was any good after Rollins left...
At least Gallows is still fun.
yeah agree
I dont know I'v been a fan since about 2009, I think now that Frank has left you see who the real fans are who stick by them. I think Wades doing a great job.
Can't wait for Leeds Festival!!!

this is some of the best shit Gallows have ever done, no question.
This song and video are badass
Its sounds really great!!
I will say im impressed with this song....I truly hope others have this sortta clean vocal style mixed with the screaming vocals or yell style to them .
My ears are bleeding with joy!

Good work!
The galloes we have now and the gallows with frank carter sound like two totally different bands and i love them both
Gallows are so boss.
Fuck me you guys sound good. If you're this good this early fuck knows how good you'll be in a couple of years! I'll definitely be buying the album.
Fucking top song. New Era Gallows is alive and well!
This is fucking genius. Well done Gallows.
Why has this album been removed from spotify?
Wade has an incredible voice. Never really got to hear it much in AOF.
great music!
Gallows takes the right turn toward hardcore.
Album of the year :D
I love this album , but want the new one with Frank !!! This will give you another kick 🦵 in the arsseee !!!
They still sound like an adremaline-fuelled pitbulll high on amphetimines chewing on broken glass. +1 Gallows.
This Song is fucking excellent !!! Lyrics blows my veins !!!!
dude i agree. i mean, Frank had his place and i love OoW. but this feels like a totally new band. plus Wade rips it on old songs like London is the Reason.. Gallows definitely needed this kick. the new album has been on repeat since monday.
I wasn't a huge fan with Wade at the helm, but if they keep the music up like this than I think I'll be able to live with it!
very well said.
This sounds fucking amazing. Congrats Wade, I think you've proven yourself.
Yesterday at soundwave Oh my god amazing!
hey wait this one is pretty dope
Hey wait fuck off
Also the rattle snakes rule so hard
love it
Before this CD i thought Gallows will never be good again. I was wrong!
Hell YEA!
well said!!
I like Wade, because I liked Alexisonfire... and they were mindblowing at Reading with Wade. Saw Frank with Pure Love and he seemed happy, he's happier with Pure Love. I love both bands. :3
sickkkkk!!!
Good voice.
HOLY FUCKING SHIT, THE GOOSEBUMPS!
this song is major improvement from the Death is Birth EP, can't wait to hear the full album. The heroine is the video reminds me of Salander from The Girl with Dragon Tattoo, anyone else see the resembalance?
Plus do they play old songs. The songs I love. If so does it sound good?
i can't disagree... i hope the new album has some epic Wade vocals
this record and Sexual Harrassment by Turbonegro haven't stopped for me. Two awesome bands given a shot in the arm with fresh blood IMO. It's hard replacing frontmen, especially for bands with such strong fanbases, but I personally think Wade and the Duke are absolutely killing it.
You know it's bad comment when it doesn't even exist anymore!
Well these guys sure got more pop sounding.
the opening riff is exactly the same as Hell by Polar! I thought I was actually listening to Polar for a second there!
Best song they've done with Wade.
I think this is way better with Wade, Also a huge AOF fan so I'm happy it's his band.
That is true, but the main point of me responding to you was to say that Gallows for sure isn't rolling in the big bucks by any means so I can't see how that would be something that would factor into them changing their sound. Whether you like new Gallows or not, I don't think money had anything to do with them changing their sound haha.
she killed all of them
Hi old me, this song still gives me the chills!
All over it!
Kicking myself coz i missed these guys at Soundwave. This song would have been insane.
Fucking awesome song!!! Keep on power rolling!!!
I believe that wade change the face of gallows, with his passion, energy and fucking brilliant ideas that he has imparted to this band. People keep saying gallows is nothing without frank, Well he is gone now doing his own thing which i also admire about frank, but for now,Gallows would not be a massive punk band without wade!
still sick.
Safe to say Wade has brought it back..
my nights used to last 2 weeks.
thank fuck that shit is behind me
i love that tho it felt so thrown together like it didn't quite belong but i felt that made it feel like authentically punk
Gallows has always had songs with soft parts, The Vulture is half-acoustic.
Gallows without Frank is still Gallows!
the riff @1:23 goes in harddd
This is fucking great!
Its Good. Watford Springs.
I dont think that hate directed at Wade was in any way about his talent or sound, Its more about what the Gallows stood for and how adding him spat in the face of it. ✊🏾
I agree. Much much more intelligent and complete music. Also fucking powerful!
