I really love the positive loop of Starry Knight Orbitael -> Starry Knight Baelfire -> Sauravis, the Sagely Silenforcer Dragon. Sauravis bouncing to special the ritual triggers Orbitael, Orbitael tributes itself to set Baelfire, Baelfire can search Sauravis, and Sauravis shuffles Baelfire back into the deck to do again
Ironically, you can not play Pre-prep and the deck still works. How bonkers it is even without Pre-prep lol. Im loving how splashy this deck is to other Rituals.
Yeah, Odd-Eyes Wing Dragon (the synchro) is a much better target than Vortex. Considering you miss timing with Vortex's bounce, and you don't really have any chance to utilize the omni-negate with pendulum shuffling. At least with Wing Dragon you can do a monster negate on your turn, and its Pendulum effect will help during the battlephase.
As an option one could play nadir to dump herald for the level 8 ritual, bascially another search + fodder, but plays a brick and locks your extra deck, not sure if it's optimal
That was very good in shinobird Kaiju because you needed some extra cards to remove kaijus you couldn't bounce and it's almost more pre-preps. Using ecclesia as an extra add to go grab punishment obviously
Honestly the deck is so consistent you and drop the benten, 2 copies of rites, and reduce pre-prep to 2 copies so you can add 3 copies of Crossout and 2 copies of droll because you need droll/crossout in this format.
Keep in mind this deck won’t be available until Phantom Nightmare so we probably won’t see these cards until next year. The format may heavily change by then.
For pendulumgraph targets, you could add a odd-eyes rebellion package (rebellion xyz -> rebellion overlord) for a win condition since cheating rebellion xyz out allows it to be xyz material on the same turn.
@@RLuke103 On paper, it doesn't matter but Odd-Eyes Rebellion Dragon is better as an ender if you summon it as intended (xyz summon with an xyz monster as material.) The only thing Odd-eyes Rebellion dragon has over Rebellion XYZ is it's pendulum effect to place a scale on the other pendulum zone in case it gets destroyed (another pendulumgraph?) It depends if you need a safety net in case of the summon combo being interrupted or not.
I have found the secret tech for this deck: Primal Cry. It summons back Protector during EP, so you can link into I:P under 5 summons, then EP summon back protector to make Dyna Mondo during opponent's turn, which shuffles back a card your opp controls, then can summon protector back from GY,, triggering novox. I've tried splashing in a small libromancer engine to get out Doombroker and it seems fairly decent. Especially with E-Tele at 3 and since you can tribute Herald after it sends ED Herald as the cost and trigger its other eff.
Yo Lithium, have you ever considered teching in 1 Hymn of Light over a Seinforcing Prayer? (or just adding it in as an extra card) You can use it to summon Saffira ofc but the main benefit is the graveyard protection it gives.
